I have been receiving services from Susan for 30 years. Prior to Susan I had used numerous Individuals and companies to assist me in my hair loss. I started losing my hair in high school, so I have had a lot experience hair systems and hair loss. Losing your hair can be a difficult journey. There are a lot of companies out there that will take advantage of you when you are vulnerable when it comes to hair loss. Susan is honest, caring, and knowledgeable and that means the world to be. I highly recommend her if you are experiencing hair loss and are looking for solutions from a trustworthy technician. I love Susan and I am so grateful that I found her 30 years ago.

I had found this place on google because my son has dealt with male pattern baldness for most of his teen years and it has always bothered him a great deal. We do plan to seek a more permanent solution, but decided to try this for the time being. What little reviews I had seen was very good …so … we decided to take a chance and now I completely regret it. Due to my health, dealing with cancer and radiation treatments at the time, I was unable to go with my son and husband for the consult and then the install of the hair system. It was explained to my husband that it was THE BEST quality hair system, it was breathable, light, and 100% human hair. First, I wasn’t feeling good about the whole thing because communication was greatly lacking. She initially told my husband that the hair should be in within a week, but could take a bit longer because of the holidays. More than two weeks went by and we did not hear any kind of update and no attempt to just touch base with us, so, my husband got in touch with her and she told him that the hair was back ordered. No real time frame was given to us, we were just basically left in limbo. It could arrive tomorrow or three weeks from Wednesday, there was no telling. It took almost 2 weeks after that before the hair came in and was installed. Since I could not go, I told my husband to get clarification on everything, including if the piece is 100% human hair(as it was suppose to be). Install was extremely quick and my son seemed very happy with the hair. He did have a concern about her not fully securing the whole thing to his head. That concern was brought up and she said it was not completely glued down so that under the hair piece can breath. I’m sorry, I don’t understand why we paid so much money for a ‘breathable’ hair system if she was just going to leave the hair unsecured in the center so it can ‘breathe.’ When I saw the hair, I honestly questioned the quality. It is hard to believe we paid for THE best hair system and it looks the way it does. Over this short time it has started to look even worse… I am not convinced it is 100% human AND the hair is so sparse. I was expecting something… more, if nothing else, definitely a bit more thick. Each time my son would shower it would cause him concern about his hair coming off. The center was not secured down and it would trap so much water underneath and be very hard to fully dry. When she installed the hair, she assured my husband and son that, that is how the hair was suppose to be, you know, so it can ‘breathe.’ He is not due to have his hair redone for 2 more weeks and it has already come completely off and has been coming off little by little for a little over a week already. So, in all actuality, it started coming off 3 weeks before he is due to have it redone. It is an absolute mess!!! Glue is all over everything!! Hair from the system as well as my sons actual hair has glue all over. So much hair from the hairpiece was stuck in the glue UNDERNEATH the actual piece. I am not confident with going back to her knowing how she installed it the first time and how easily/quickly it fell off. On top of that, I would really not like it if even more hair were to get stuck in the glue and be under the hairpiece instead of on top… where it belongs. Like I had mentioned, that hairpiece is so much thinner than expected, if any hair actually gets pulled out, it would almost make that hair system not worth having and would be a total waste of money… even though I already feel as though it is. I am beyond upset right now. My son was so excited about this and we spent so much money and it has just been one issue after another and the piece just started coming loose so early on and then eventually fell completely off. His confidence is absolutely shattered right now because of all of this.
