Auch die neue Betreiberin der Hair and Skin verhält sich ebenso rückgratlos. Von den 7 Beratungen die mir noch zugute standen und bezahlt waren, wurden mir 3 von der neuen Eigentümerin zur Fortsetzung angeboten (Hair and Skin wurde in einem Asset Deal übernommen). Die Begründung “Wenn wir alles bezahlen müssen gehen wir auch grad Konkurs” fand ich speziell. Vermeiden!

Translated: The new owner of Hair and Skin is behaving just as spinelessly. Of the seven consultations I still had paid for, three were offered to continue by the new owner (Hair and Skin was acquired in an asset deal). I found the explanation, "If we have to pay for everything, we'll just go bankrupt," odd. Avoid it!

They took our money, broke the agreement, disappeared with out trace and left us with extra charges for something we never agreed on. Avoid this place and save your time,money and sanity. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR.

I'm giving one star, and will clarify why... The hair transplant surgery itself was 5 stars, and the doctors, nurses etc were all great. But... at the clinic in Zug, where they persuaded me to get it done, they just glossed over risks, effectively lied when asked direct questions, gave me an incorrect understanding of what was possible and did not explain the problems in any way even though I asked. For example I asked about the problem of not being able to shave my head any more if it goes wrong and they said that this was not the case. But in fact, I can't shave my head shorter than 9mm any more or the thin donor patch shows. They didn't tell the truth, either at the discussion or on their website, about recovery time, leading to bad situations at work. They didn't discuss in any way the problems with doing work on the crown where I already had a full head of hair, but it was thin. All of this I found out on the morning of the operation itself from a nice doctor in Zurich. By which point, in my dressing gown, it felt too late to back out. They don't mention the risks of it going wrong immediately after the operation where you can't touch your head for 10 days because (to quote the doctor I complained to) "otherwise people wouldn't get it done". They also booked me for unnecessary PRP sessions, costing more money. Then, although I had clearly been misled about a lot of the results of the surgery they offered no refund as compensation - the reasoning being that "the operation was a success". I mean, yes it was a success but not at what they said it would be. It seems it's OK to lie, as long as the operation is successful at the end. So overall, although the medical staff are super-nice, I would say do not believe anything they say before you sign up and make sure to check everything with independent sources.
