Dr Straface’s office is constantly rotating staff and my experience over the years has been up and down. The level of care and service depends on her mood. She is unpredictable… I once was given an extra injection of something in my chin which I didn’t agree to beforehand and was charged $80 for it. Once she told me she couldn’t believe that someone would keep their appointment if they are sick; then she asks me to bring my sick son with me to my appointment when I call to reschedule. As a working mom with 3 young kids, I have had to reschedule an appointment more than once and have missed an appointment before (charged $75 fee for missing my 10 min Botox appt) which I understand is frustrating to the office. However, Dr Straface handles these situations poorly and unprofessionally. Look elsewhere!
Kristy -we are very disappointed to hear that one of our patients is not happy and we take it very seriously as it occurs so rarely. Unfortunately - once a client has more than one no show/ late cancellation after confirming, we do have to enforce our cancellation/ no show policy as this impacts other patients ability to get taken care of. We do pride ourselves on patient accommodation and truly hope you find an office that is a better fit for you. We truly are sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations.

I highly recommend Dr. Angela Straface. She treated me during COVID in 2021/2022. If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t still be here! Dr. Straface and her team jumped through hoops to get me medications and oxygen. She’s truly the best!

Honestly if I could give them a 0 star I would have. I called Dr a couple of months ago for a mounjaro prescription and she gave it for 65 at first than out of blue decides to up the charge to 85 never once checking on my physical being and seeing how I was doing, nor asking me to come in for a check up, but I of course kept up with my blood work regardless. Anyway coupon is now expired for mounjaro and her office will not refund me my money as I won’t pay full price for the medication. Diane totally rude says to me well you probably picked up the medication. I said lady the coupon is expired and you can call the pharmacy to verify, also it hasn’t been available for months at the pharmacy. A simple call to the pharmacy and she would have gotten her answer instead of being rude but no she answers we are not refunding you the money. Awful awful customer service. I will never ever deal with this office ever again nor do I recommend them to anyone. Truly customer service is key and this office especially Diane lacks it. I work hard for my money and was hoping for integrity but clearly they are more money hungry. Lesson learned. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else!!!

Our weight loss refills as explained have always been the same price , we made an exception for you because the correct forms were not filled out several months in a row.
