Nagyon nem korrekt, mivel konzultációs árat elkértek, és 14 órakor hívnak. Erre már vagy 10 perce várok. Írok, hogy akkor most hívnak vagy sem. Aztán igen, a konzultáció végén pedig még a mai nap folyamán visszahívnak időpont miatt. Azóta se kép, se hang, sem válasz, de a 10.000 Ft-ot lehuzták. Nem túl nagy összeg, de nem korrekt költsék gyógy…
Translated: It's very unfair, because they asked for a consultation price and they call at 2 pm. I've been waiting for this for about 10 minutes. I'm writing to ask if they'll call me now or not. Then yes, and at the end of the consultation they call me back later today for an appointment. Since then, no picture, no sound, no answer, but they took off the 10,000 HUF. It's not a very large amount, but it's unfair to spend money on medicine...

A műtét napja kicsit nehezen indult, ugyanis sajnos váratlan létszám hiánnyal küzdött a klinika, illetve az a doktornő, akivel végeztem a konzultációt már időközben elhagyta a klinikát, így a műtét napján tudtam meg, hogy más fog műteni, így egy kicsit ijedten álltam a műtét előtt, VISZONT az egész személyzetre elmondható, hogy nagyon profik és kedvesek, teljes mértékben a páciens érdekeit nézik, így maximálisan elégedett vagyok az új doktornőkkel is, remekül ment a műtét! Mivel még csak pár napja estem át a műtéten, az eredményről még nem tudok beszámolni, de nagyon bizakodó vagyok!
Translated: The day of the surgery started a bit difficult, because unfortunately the clinic was struggling with an unexpected shortage of staff, and the doctor with whom I had the consultation left the clinic in the meantime, so on the day of the surgery I found out that someone else would operate, so I was a little scared before the surgery, HOWEVER, the entire staff can be said to be very professional and kind, they fully look out for the patient's interests, so I am also fully satisfied with the new doctors, the surgery went great! Since I only had the surgery a few days ago, I can't report the results yet, but I'm very optimistic!
