Unvollständige Transparenz und Dokumentation bei Komplikationen! Ich habe im Juli 2024 bei Dr. Siebeck in der Arteoklinik eine komplett submuskuläre Brustvergrößerung mit Implantaten durchführen lassen, die leider aufgrund von Komplikationen gescheitert ist. Bereits nach fünf Monaten mussten die Implantate wieder entfernt werden. Ich wurde insgesamt dreimal von Dr. Siebeck operiert. Während der gesamten Behandlung hatte ich zunächst großes Vertrauen in Dr. Siebeck, da er einen sehr kompetenten und vertrauenswürdigen Eindruck machte. Daher habe ich die Behandlung nicht weiter hinterfragt und mich weiterhin in seine Hände begeben. Heute sehe ich das anders und wünschte, ich hätte mehr Fragen gestellt und mehr Informationen eingefordert. Rückblickend bereue ich meine Naivität. Aufgrund widersprüchlicher Aussagen von Dr. Siebeck nach der Entfernung meiner Implantate hatte ich berechtigte Zweifel und habe deshalb meine Patientenakte angefordert, um die Behandlung nachvollziehen zu können. Leider habe ich meine Unterlagen erst nach 3 Schreiben meiner Anwältin und zuletzt der Drohung einer Herausgabeklage erhalten. Die Einsicht in meine Patientenakte hat mich sehr enttäuscht und mein Vertrauen in Ärzte zerstört: Ich konnte aus der Akte zahlreiche Hinweise darauf entnehmen, was ich angeblich falsch gemacht haben soll, jedoch war die medizinische Nachvollziehbarkeit meiner Behandlung nur teilweise möglich, da relevante Dokumente teilweise fehlten. Nachweislich verschriebene Medikamente waren nicht dokumentiert, stattgefundene Termine fehlten, ebenso wie Narkoseberichte und Blutwerte, die mir abgenommen worden waren. Ich habe eine Menge Geld ausgegeben, um eine sorgfältige Behandlung zu erhalten und um im Falle von Komplikationen meine Rechte als Patientin durchsetzen zu können. Es ist mein Recht, eine vollständige Patientenakte zu erhalten und die Behandlung medizinisch nachvollziehen zu können. Diese Transparenz wird mir jedoch erschwert. Ich wünsche mir, dass solche Erfahrungen anderen Patientinnen erspart bleiben.

I had a completely submuscular breast augmentation with implants performed by Dr. Siebeck at the Arteoklinik in July 2024, but unfortunately, it failed due to complications. The implants had to be removed after just five months. I underwent three operations with Dr. Siebeck. Throughout the entire treatment, I initially had great confidence in Dr. Siebeck, as he seemed very competent and trustworthy. Therefore, I didn't question the treatment any further and continued to place myself in his hands. Today, I see things differently and wish I had asked more questions and requested more information. Looking back, I regret my naivety. Due to contradictory statements from Dr. Siebeck after the removal of my implants, I had legitimate doubts and therefore requested my medical records to understand the treatment. Unfortunately, I only received my documents after three letters from my attorney and, most recently, the threat of a lawsuit. Reviewing my medical records was extremely disappointing and shattered my trust in doctors. I was able to glean numerous clues from the records about what I allegedly did wrong, but medically verifying my treatment was only partially possible because some relevant documents were missing. Medications that had been verifiably prescribed were not documented, appointments that had taken place were missing, as were anesthesia reports and blood work that had been taken from me. I spent a lot of money to receive careful treatment and to be able to assert my rights as a patient in the event of complications. It is my right to receive a complete medical record and to be able to medically verify my treatment. However, this transparency is being made difficult for me. I hope that other patients are spared such experiences.

Ich habe bei Dr. Akbas eine Kombi-OP (Nasenkorrektur + Bruststraffung mit Vergrößerung) durchführen lassen und könnte nicht zufriedener sein. Schon beim Beratungsgespräch wusste ich sofort, dass ich hier richtig bin. Ich war zuvor bei anderen Ärzten, hatte dort jedoch nie ein wirklich gutes Gefühl.
