Aunque no soy mucho de exponer estas situaciones, creo que es lo justo tomar medidas al respecto. Me hice un injerto capilar con esta clínica (Dr. Mario Sarden) el lunes 13/01/2025. Inicialmente bastante bien, todas las explicaciones preoperatorias fueron satisfechas oportunamente. Reservé el injerto con unos meses de antelación para ejecutarlo en la clínica, a lo que, el viernes antes de la operación, me dicen que tengo que desplazarme a jerez para operarme (resido en Sevilla). Hasta aquí todo puede entrar dentro de la lógica y puede ser un imprevisto que a todo humano nos puede pasar. El día de la operación fue bastante bien, me trataron tanto a mí como a mi familia con bastante delicadeza y con palabras tranquilizadoras. El problema llega en la atención postoperatoria. Como se puede comprender, para una persona que es su primer injerto capilar, me surgen miles de dudas y preguntas. De hecho, se me inflamó la cabeza y los ojos hasta tal punto que veía borroso (me contestan porque insisto por whatsapp). A día de hoy, no sé cuántas veces he pedido que me revisara algún doctor, a lo que solo saben darme largas… En definitiva, lo que parecía ser una atención muy muy buena, ha sido empañada por un postoperatorio muy muy malo… con muchas dudas por resolver y un injerto que casi 2 meses después no sé si va en buen camino o, si algo está fallando, esté a tiempo de corregirlo.

The day of the operation went quite well, they treated me and my family quite gently and with reassuring words. The problem comes in postoperative care. As you can understand, for a person who is having a hair transplant for the first time, thousands of doubts and questions arise. In fact, my head and eyes swelled to such an extent that my vision was blurry (they answer me because I insist on WhatsApp). To this day, I don't know how many times I have asked a doctor to check me, and they only know how to give me the slip... In short, what seemed to be very, very good care has been marred by a very, very bad postoperative period... with many doubts to be resolved and a graft that almost 2 months later I do not know if it is on the right track or, if something is failing, there will be time to correct it.
