I had a “Rejuvenize” chemical peel with Danielle on 2/4. Not my first peel, but my first at Bella, and I’m also well-versed in skincare for a layperson. The process was great every step of the way. When scheduling, I called with some clarifying questions and it was affirmed the Rejuvenize peel would be the best option for me. For the procedure, I was given a handheld fan in case the smell or sting of the peel became overwhelming (the sting didn’t but the smell did— it will clear your sinuses for sure, VERY sharp!). Danielle monitored my skin and checked in with me about my comfort level between each application layer, six in total. They WILL stop if you indicate you are in pain so please be honest! I started peeling the day after and finished up today, 2/9, so four days of peeling in total. Your mileage may vary! I followed instructions: Gently cleanse & moisturize, no actives (retinol, acids, vitamin C) while peeling, trim off flaking skin, minimize sun exposure/wear SPF 45 if going outside. I cannot overstate how important it is to follow the pre- and post-peel care directions to avoid irritation and/or scarring. I was struggling with some recent stress breakouts that left marks, and overall dullness. This peel helped even out my tone and texture immediately and shrank the breakout marks to almost nothing. The increased clarity has even helped my natural freckling show out more, which I love. I’m very pleased with the results and highly recommend Bella (and Danielle!) for chemical peels.

I really tried to hold off on writing a negative review but I am just continuously disappointed almost two and a half years later after starting my treatment here. It is nothing against the employees I really loved all the girls I saw here but something had to be wrong because I did exactly what I was told, I shaved before each treatment I scheduled 4-6 weeks and everything. I continuously went for treatment starting in May/June of 2022 and I stopped going because I had spent probably around $2,000. They reasoned with me after I complained that after 2 years of treatment which was around 20ish appointments at one of the highest laser levels to comp my upcoming appointments. Which I was very grateful for, but I had a very good reason for complaining, not seeing results that I payed very much for. I went for 3-4 months after that and still have yet to see a big change, again at one of the highest levels. All this to say, I get it some people can take longer and it takes time but I went for 2 years and a couples months, religiously, payed at least $2,000 over over my 2 years of going, all the time spend driving to the Spa, and this is not a painless treatment either. So just so so much for little return. It’s just very disappointing that I still have so much hair after all this time and then it starts to grow again right after treatment. I lost track of how many treatments I had exactly but at least 20 if not 25 or more total. So I shouldnt have any hair left at this point or I should be seeing much better results. My hair is a little thinner but overall not what I payed for and the time I spent.

I'm very disappointed with the laser treatment that has been done at Lemoyne Bella Medspa. After the laser treatment, the next day got burning marks. I'm not getting the proper response. I do not recommend.😭😭 staff no responding water of money
