The service was nice and quick (I know why) but the quality of work was horrible. I got Knotless braids on my 8 year old and the next day they were coming undone. The braids were different sizes and so were the boxes. Parts were not straight. I reached out to the lady who I booked the appointment with and sent pictures etc, she never responded. I won't be going back. 190 dollars wasted. They don't care about making it right and people are spending lots of money for quality work.

I’ve been going to Bignons for over 10 years now started back in 2010 when my first child was born. I never had an issue until this last visit where I spent 280 and didn’t get the size braids I requested nor the fullness that I typically get with box braids. I’ve placed photos of a photo of my braids that were done in 2019 vs what I received last month. It took me some time to even do this review because I love getting my hair done here, but with almost 300$ and this feeling of not being satisfied with the end result I had to say something.

I called yesterday and talk to 2 seperate people once you call they have all types of people call back saying different thing wit different prices…took off to be there at 9 for them to tell me a different price for wat I ask for after the other 2 people had gave me the same price…they are so unprofessional DONT have no type of styles very basic also when you make a appt and come they don’t even know who you are…I have been here just to get basic hair dues bc they are not all that at all a waste of time and don’t know how to handle business at all

We always give a starting price over the phone and then when you present your style to us and we do a consultation then a final price will be confirmed.

They charged $435 for small waist length knotless, they would have been $485 if I didn’t bring in my own hair that day ( they provide hair it was my first time so I brung the kind I liked ). However the braids and super neat but they are extremely tight & I can’t style them due to having so many braids ! I got these braids to try and protect and grow my hair out, unfortunately I have to remove them because I don’t want to loose my edges from how unnecessarily tight they are.

They have charged my card two times for one service. I have been trying get a refund since Friday. They told me on Friday that I have to call them Tuesday or Wednesday to get a refund. I called Today and still no one will refund me money. They will not answer my phone when I call. I would not recommend going here. So quick to overcharge and won’t refund you anything. Please avoid going here. This is the worst service.
