Waste of money ! The doctor seems like he was just there to get his paycheck. To I think he was a little bit rude at time. Just eye balls ur hairline nothing like how you see in videos of people getting it done from turkey. Nothing was explain properly and everything just felt rush. Not only that, all he did was punch holes in my head and then left. I dont recommend coming here at all for anyone, no matter how bad your hair is. Save your money and go elsewhere. The biggest regret in my life!!

I had the worst experience with the counselor who she was extremely misbehaving and rude. She was even not nice to me when I was asking her questions. It was my first visit I thought this Bosley treatment would be perfect for me but when I saw the behavior of the counselor it was ridiculous and very disappointing. The customer service lady was super nice and she welcomed us in nice way.

My FUE procedure at the Minneapolis Bosley office was a complete disaster. The surgeon took over twice as many grafts from the left side of my donor area compared to the right. He took hundreds of punches from one small area, leaving patchy areas with no hair. The punches were literally overlapping each other, creating huge scars on my scalp. For years after the procedure, I had a hard time going out in public because of the patchy scars on the back of my head. Even worse, I had serious nerve damage in the area where the surgeon overharvested the grafts. I now have a burning sensation on the left side of my scalp that bothers me every day. It is itching even as I write this review. Over the past few years, I have seen several dermatologists and neurologists, and they have told me the damage is permanent. I reached out to Bosley several times after the procedure, and each time, they told me everything was "normal." At my 8-month follow-up appointment, I showed the surgeon the patchy areas on the back of my scalp and asked him why he took so many more punches from the left side versus the right. He literally shrugged and walked out of the room. At my 1-year appointment, the consultant met with me and saw the patchy areas on the back of my head. Her exact words were, "At least you still have your face." For years, Bosley did absolutely nothing to help me. They repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and kept telling me everything was normal. Two and a half years after the procedure, I flew to the Chicago Bosley office to see the lead surgeon. He finally admitted the surgeon in Minneapolis overharvested the grafts. But instead of offering to help, he told me to get SMP (scalp micropigmentation) for the scars and go to the Mayo Clinic for the nerve pain. I saw another hair transplant surgeon outside of Bosley, and when he reviewed my post-op photos, he said it looked like a botched job from Turkey. He also said the Bosley surgeon used a much larger punch size than necessary, which was extremely frustrating. Scarring was my number one concern, and before the procedure, the consultant at the Beverly Hills headquarters assured me the punches would not be noticeable except with a microscope. After the procedure, my hair stylist said she could see the scars from over six feet away. Recently, I had a second hair transplant to repair the area where the Bosley surgeon overharvested the grafts. The doctor took grafts from the right side of my donor area and placed them on the left side to help fill in the patchy areas. Fortunately, that procedure went extremely well and caused almost no trauma to my scalp. But it made me even more frustrated with the horrible job the team at Bosley did. I have had over 50 medical appointments related to my botched Bosley hair transplant. It has cost over $60,000, and Bosley has not paid a single dime. If that's not bad enough, Hair Club performed a hair density check 18 months after my procedure. The density in my recipient area was LOWER than before the procedure. The Bosley surgeon massacred my scalp, left me with permanent scarring and nerve damage, and I didn't even get improved hair density. Going to Bosley Minneapolis was the worst decision of my life. I generally don't write negative reviews like this, but I'm sharing my experience so that others can avoid what I went through. If you are considering getting a hair transplant, please do not go to Bosley. They care more about money than results, and if they screw up your procedure, they will do nothing to help you.
