I recently visited this salon for a hair extension service, bringing my own real shoulder-length hair extensions. The stylist claimed to be a solo perfectionist, setting my expectations high for a quality outcome. However, the experience and results fell significantly short. Firstly, she only sewed one bundle of hair onto my head and charged me $750, which seemed extremely overpriced given that I had provided my own extensions. In my experience, this type of pricing is typically reserved for when the stylist is also supplying the hair. I couldn’t help but feel that I was overcharged, possibly due to not fitting the stylist’s usual clientele demographic in Nashville. Moreover, the quality of the styling was disappointing. All the ends of my hair turned discolored yellow orange (left on pic)which I suspect was due to heat damage from the flat iron used—a brand that apparently discolors hair under high temperatures. I didn’t notice the orange streaks until I walked outside in the sun, I was thoroughly disappointed, my baby bliss pro does not discolor strands. The front section of my hair, which is the most important to me, came out looking blocky, definitely with better placement there could have been improvement. There was no wash, set, to make the extensions look seamless, and the styling was quickly done with a roll iron in an attempt to conceal the stacked appearance of the extensions. When I politely questioned how the total cost escalated from an initial quote of $450 to $700, the stylist’s demeanor shifted, becoming confrontational instead of engaging in a civil conversation to clarify the charges. As a first-time customer, I expected a better experience, but instead, I left feeling dissatisfied and overcharged. While she did agree, albeit reluctantly, to reduce the price by $50, I still felt that the overall value for the service I received was not worth the cost. $700 dollars and you don’t even get a glass of water, fresh tea at least? Forget about the Perrier or sparkling Champagne. Expects to charge top tier service fees and provides zero comfort to the client. Make it make sense. To top it off, my friend in Atlanta, who is familiar with hair extension pricing and quality, was shocked by what I paid, stating that I could have gotten a far better service elsewhere with a stylist. This experience left me feeling that the business was more concerned with making a quick profit than providing quality work. I feel more made up with my clips ins than what I have because the placement is way off on my head. I would not recommend this salon to others, especially first-time customers looking for a fair and professional experience. There are better out there and the world is abundant for you.
WOW… very interesting.You LOVED your Full hair extensions, and was wanting a sale and unfortunately there weren’t any discounts for a full head of extensions. Yes. I don’t mind applying hair the clients bring, but please don’t blame me for the quality of Your Hair Extensions. Your blunt hair cut required all of your pieces and I gladly installed them. I provide quality service… at all times and I’m sorry that you felt the need to leave me a bad review when I know that you were very pleased with the outcome.

Ive had tape in hair extensions before and loved them. I was going through a tough time in my life and was loosing a lot of hair. My wonderful stylist recommended that I take them out for a while and give my hair a brake. When they were removed, I couldn't believe what I saw. My hair was so thin, I wanted to cry. I was so self conscious about the way my hair looked. Months went by and I really missed my extensions, but wanted to find another brand. A good friend of mine had dream catcher hair extensions and said that she absolutely loves them. From there she introduced me to Denikka Danyell with classic hair studio. I have to be honest, I was a little scared about letting someone else touch my hair, let alone put hair extensions in. But my consult with Denikka was great. She was very knowledgeable about all types of hair extensions and made me comfortable. Denikka is very confident in herself and what she does which made me feel confident in her. Needless to say I had my Dream Catcher extensions put in Friday and I love them!!! I can't even tell I have them in, they're so gorgeous!!! I now feel beautiful and confident in myself.
