Mon expérience avec cette clinique a été très décevante. Dès la consultation, j’ai remarqué un gros manque de professionnalisme. Il n’y avait même pas d’outil comme un microscope pour examiner mon cuir chevelu en détail, ce qui est pourtant essentiel pour poser un bon diagnostic. En termes de prix et de services, la consultation ne vaut absolument pas ce qu’elle coûte. Au lieu de proposer une solution adaptée et durable, le médecin se contente de recommander des traitements qui profitent davantage à la clinique qu’au patient. Par exemple, on m’a conseillé des séances de PRP (plasma riche en plaquettes), un traitement temporaire qui doit être refait régulièrement, plutôt qu’un vrai protocole sur le long terme. De plus, la seule prescription donnée était du minoxidil, un produit qu’on peut trouver facilement en pharmacie sans même avoir besoin d’une prescription médicale. Le médecin ne semblait s’intéresser qu’aux prix et à ma capacité de payer plutôt qu’à mon problème réel et aux solutions adaptées à ma situation. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette clinique. Si vous cherchez une prise en charge sérieuse et un vrai suivi, passez votre chemin.
Translated: My experience with this clinic was very disappointing. From the consultation, I noticed a big lack of professionalism. There wasn't even a tool like a microscope to examine my scalp in detail, which is essential for making a good diagnosis. In terms of price and service, the consultation is absolutely not worth what it costs. Instead of offering a suitable and lasting solution, the doctor simply recommends treatments that benefit the clinic more than the patient. For example, I was recommended PRP (platelet-rich plasma) sessions, a temporary treatment that must be repeated regularly, rather than a real long-term protocol. In addition, the only prescription given was minoxidil, a product that can be easily found in pharmacies without even needing a medical prescription. The doctor seemed only interested in prices and my ability to pay rather than my real problem and the solutions adapted to my situation. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. If you are looking for serious support and real follow-up, move on.
