I am not happy at all! This place ruined my confidence! I am so angry at myself for even going. First off they cut my hair piece way to short and it is cut crooked. I came home the same day and went to slick my hair back and realized it was not glued properly to my forhead and raised up and even the hair piece itself was cut jagged!!!! They assured me it would flatten after a while but never flattens and remains curly and puffy! I am so upset because this blew all my confidence and i dont have the means to be paying for none proffesional stupidity every week! I will need to purchase a new hair piece and have the whole process redone which is time consuming. I highly suggest you avoid this place. It is not to be recommended if your looking to boost your confidence. I clearly told them i work with the public and need to slick my hair back! The least they could do is refund me with a new hair piece that actually holds in place and is properly cut and installed and holds for the said 4 weeks it is supposed to hold! But they are thieves and will probably never do that! Take my advice and go elsewhere. Do not let there false kindness and sweet voices and promises lour you in less you end up like me!

Attention au personnel !!! Il y'a beaucoup de rotation et pas beaucoup d'expérience ! En un rendez-vous on a couper mon volumateur en désastre ! La coiffeuse ne s'est même pas excusée, elle est juste aller se cacher pour pleurer. Je comprends ta peine, tu as scraper mon volumateur que je venais de payer pas loin de 2000$ Et la propriétaire pour essayer de trouver une solution m'a demandé de prendre mon prochain rendez-vous ailleur 🤣 Merci du conseil, mais avec du services de même, c'est clair que je suis aller voir ailleur !
