Relation clientèle déplorable, deux fois qu'on me donne un rendez vous un samedi en m'expliquant que je verrai le médecin avant de débuter le lazer. Quand j'arrive on me dit que je ne vais rien pouvoir faire car le médecin n'est pas là ce samedi, des excuses de la part de l'équipe sur place, sans grandes convictions quand à l'explication qu'on me donnera à ce moment la pour justifier l'incident, ça n'aurait " pas été eux" au bou du fil mais le central de Paris... Mouai! Je reprend rendez vous cette fois sur place (puisque j'y suis) un samedi en verbalisant deux fois, "c'est sur cette fois vous avez bien noter que je dois voir le médecin avant? Ce sera bon samedi?" Oui oui... Le jour du rendez vous, la veille on me laisse un message vocal pour m'indiquer qu'il n'y aurait pas de médecin le samedi... J'appelle pour discuter de la situation et de l'improbabilité de la situation... Pour demander des explications sur le comment s'est arrivé. Aucune réponse aucune escuse de mon interlocuteur, on m'a transféré soit disant, le manager, dont la boîte vocale est fermée et dont la ligne raccroche au nez de l'interlocuteur. Très incorrect comme façon de traiter ses clients. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit... Ça se veut être un service de luxe et ça ne l'est pas du tout. Tout ce qui brille n'est pas de l'or.

No response, no apologies from my interlocutor, I was supposedly transferred to the manager, whose voicemail is closed and whose line hangs up on the caller. Very incorrect way to treat customers. I do not recommend this place at all... It's supposed to be a luxury service and it is not at all. All that glitters is not gold.

Très déçu. J'ai eu plus de 8 séances d'épilation laser au niveau du dos, je n'avais quasi plus de poil mais aujourd'hui 5 mois après tous mes poils ont repoussé.
