Yo acudí muy ilusionado a esta clínica por recomendación de un amigo de mi hermana para realizarme un injerto capilar, a continuación les pagué una reserva para la realización de dicho proceso y me recetaron unos medicamentos(dutasterida Avidart oral) el cual me causó una reacción alérgica y tuve que dejar de tomarlo, medicamento el cual tendría que tomar de por vida después del procedimiento para no perder los resultado, les comenté la situación a los de la clínica y que quería cancelar la reserva por los motivos anteriormente mencionados, y se negaron a reembolsarme la reserva, en cuanto les comenté del reembolso la actitud de la doctora fue prepotente y poco empatica, aunque cabe recalcar que el trato por parte de clínica siempre dejó mucho que desear destacando sobre todo su pasividad entre otras cosas. Quería compartir mi experiencia para que nadie más cometa el error de confiar en esta clínica a la que solo le importa el dinero y la satisfacción del cliente queda en un segundo plano. Un saludo.

Me recomendaron esta clínica y gracias a esto me fié y le hablé a mi hermano de ella, ya que él se quería realizar un tratamiento para su calvicie. Mi hermano realizó una reserva de 200€ muy ilusionado. Comenzó a tomar unas pastillas que le recetaron para dicho tratamiento, lamentablemente las pastillas le dieron alergia, picazón por todo el cuerpo entre otras cosas. Mi hermano decidió abandonar el tratamiento por obvias razones, ya que además la clínica no le daba ninguna solución o respuesta sobre esto. Lo cual mi hermano reclama los 200€ de la reserva y ellos lo siguen ignorando, hasta que él insiste y por fin se dignan a responderle, le dicen que no pueden devolverle sus 200€ y como “solución” le dicen que puede consumirlos con ellos mismos. En conclusión, una empresa millonaria se queda con el dinero de reserva de un cliente que confío en ellos. Lamentable experiencia, tengan cuidado con reservar fechas ya que se niegan a devolverles el dinero, así no pasan por lo mismo ustedes también, en general él trato deja mucho que desear! CUIDADO!

Hoy fui a hacerme una prueba de cicatrización con la doctora Larrarte. Ha estado muy pendiente de todo, muy atenta y cercana. Impecable en todo el desarrollo de la prueba. Te transmite serenidad y gran profesionalidad. En el quirofano te ponen música y te sientes muy relajado y tranquilo.
