Estoy recibiendo un tratamiento PRP en esta clínica y tengo que decir que la primera sesión fue bien, pero en la segunda, imagino que porque estaban desbordados fue un desastre, primero me tuvieron esperando después de que la máquina de centrifugado acabara más de 10 minutos, hasta que yo me levanté de la silla para avisar en recepción de que ya había acabado la maquina hacia un rato, la persona que vino a pincharme el plasma me despachó en un par de minutos bastante menos de la mitad del tiempo que les había llevado la primera vez. Se ve que estaba inmersa en otro tratamiento y que no disponía de tiempo ni para estar pendiente del cuando el plasma acababa el centrifugado ni para realizar el tratamiento correctamente. Lo que no es de recibo es que traten a varios pacientes a la vez porque los pacientes pagamos para recibir el tratamiento y una atención correcta y dedicada. Espero que la reseña sirva para que tomen nota y cuiden más la realización de sus trabajos y la satisfacción de los clientes.
