En general, tengo una experiencia positiva tanto con el trato que he recibido como con los resultados. Lo único que no me deja poner 5 estrellas es que al pasar 1 año después de la operación ya te obligan a pagar las recetas de los fármacos. De eso hay que avisar desde primer contacto.

Me paso por aquí para agradecer a todo el equipo de ideal hair sobre todo el buen trato y por hacerme sentir en familia,sobre todo a gosia que desde el primer día me a hecho sentir muy agusto,un trato muy cercano y siendo muy sincera conmigo ya que era mi seguda operacion y mi zona donante no era la mejor..hace 1 mes que me hice el segundo trasplante,el primero me lo hice en Turquía en otra clínica por lo que e podido comparar muchos detalles y la verdad q mis expectativas con ideal hair las han superado con creces,primero mi enhorabuena a todo el equipo y al doctor xq son un equipazo desde el primero hasta el ultimo,sobre todo con el doctor aconsejandome sobre el diseño de la línea frontal que para mi es lo mas importante por que es el 60% de la operacion,pasando por no engañarte en el número de foliculos que podian extraer ,dado q mi zona donante no era muy buena y aun pudo sacar 3.200 foliculos que a los 10 dias ya no seme notaba nada por que te los extraen repartido por toda la zona,por eso practicamente no se nota que te han extraido foliculos, de hecho tengo la marca de la primera extraccion y de esta no se nota nada y para mi esto era crucial por que no queria dejar muy tocada mi zona donante,otra parte q me preocupaba era la anestesia que ami me preocupaba mucho por que en mi primera operacion pasé 10 minutos insoportables de dolor y con ideal hair prácticamente ni me entere porque todo te lo hacen con el mayor cuidado,la implantación de los foliculos en la dirección correcta,me dijo el doctor q tenía foliculos de la primera operacion que estaba mal colocados en dirección contraria al crecimiento del pelo..a los 10 días parecía q no me había operado asiq no puedo estar más contento,a día de hoy el seguimiento y los consejos son a diario,tienen una aplicación donde vas subiendo las fotos y te van controlando todo el proceso y el día a día,asiq nada ahora estoy en lo peor en stock los pero no tengo duda de que voy a tener unos resultados buenísimo asiq dentro de 11 meses cuando termina el tratamiento volveré a poner otra reseña xq esta clínica no se merece 5 estrellas semerece 10 minimo

Me realicé un injerto capilar en la clínica de Cartagena y no puedo estar más satisfecho. Desde el primer momento, el trato fue excelente: cercano y profesional. Quiero dar las gracias especialmente a Gosia y a todo su equipo por su atención impecable, por resolver todas mis dudas y por hacerme sentir cómodo durante todo el proceso. El seguimiento ha sido inmejorable y se nota que realmente se preocupan por el bienestar del paciente. Si estás dudando, no lo dudes: estás en las mejores manos.

Os cuento mi experiencia y entenderéis porque os los recomiendo 200%. Desde el día que conocí a Rubén, justo un año antes de someterme al transplante, tenía claro que sería con ellos con quien lo haría. Compartí el vuelo de vuelta desde Estambul con él , asiento con asiento, y estuvimos las 4h hablando de todo, os diría que 3,5h de la vida en general y apenas 30 min sobre el transplante. Recuerdo que me explico clarisimo lo que me pasaba y como habia que tratarlo, “ Tu pregunta en tu ciudad, no te quedes solo con lo que yo te diga y si no te convence lo que te dicen, volvemos a hablar” Le di vueltas durante unos meses y me decidí a hacerlo con ellos por LA CONFIANZA, LA CERCANIA, LA HUMILDAD Y EL BUEN ROLLO que me transmitió Rubén. Me han acompañado y guiado desde el minuto 0. Tanto el como su mujer Gossia, han estado super atentos conmigo, dandome las indicaciones para el tratamiento, preparandonos la estancia en Cartagena, el hotel, el checking, recomendadonos sitios para visitar, donde comer…en fin cualquier detalle lo tenien previsto y controlado. Nos han tratado tanto a mi como a mi pareja, que me acompañó, como si fuesemos familia suya. Estoy convencido que si no llega a haber ninguna habitación en la ciudad, nos hubiesen alojado en su casa como uno mas de la familia. En cuanto a la operación, un equipo muy profesional y muy majos todos, tanto el doctor como sus ayudantes. En mi caso fueron 9 horas pero estuve la mar de agusto. Super amables todos conmigo y muy atentos para que estuviese cómodo y relajado. Posteriormente a la operación, he llevado un seguimiento diario. Dandome todas las indicaciones y consejos necesarios para el dia a dia. Los tenia disponibles 24h. Ahora casi 1 mes despues de la operación creo que es una de las mejores decisiones que he tomado, hacerme el transplante de pelo y dejarlo en sus manos….ah y a un precio más que bueno. Solo tengo ganas de que pasen los meses para ver el resultado final. Si tienes problemas de; se me ve el cartón, uy que poco pelo, madre mia que entradas… Primero; HAZLO YA! CUANTO ANTES MEJOR y segundo , HAZLO CON IDEAL HAIR. Os lo recomiendo, solo tengo que buenas palabras

Increíble experiencia en la clínica de Cartagena. Desde el primer momento, el equipo médico fue maravilloso, demostrando profesionalidad y cercanía en todo el proceso. Quiero hacer una mención especial a Gosia, quien está atenta en todo momento y me hace sentir acompañado, resolviendo dudas, y explicando perfectamente cada paso a seguir.
