I had a new filler called Renuva for some serious frown lines around my mouth a couple weeks ago. It supposedly stimulates your own body fat to fill in the creases. So far, the frown lines are already reappearing. You have to give it 6 months to be fully absorbed. I'll wait the 6 months and hopefully will see some improvement.

I had a breast lift two weeks ago and the overall experience has been wonderful. The staff is amazing and Ashley is quick to respond when I’ve had questions or concerns. Dr. Kraft performed the surgery and so far I am very happy with the results! Too soon to see the final product but very excited about the progress so far. I highly recommend this practice if you are considering a lift!

I went into this office about 12-14yrs ago for a single consult. Insurance was used, as it was related to a sinus surgery and was exploring options on having my deviated septum fixed. Apparently there was a $21 balance owed for this consult but I’d never received a single phone call, letter, email or notice on it, even though none of my contact details have changed since then. This showed up on my credit report for collections within just the last few years. If I’m exploring costly cosmetic procedures I can obviously afford to pay off twenty bucks but I’d need notice of the balance to do so. Instead I took a 32 point hit to my credit score for a balance that’s the cost of a fast food meal. Perfect. The office also periodically spams emails and texts to leave a review regardless of how many unsubscribes and STOPS I’ve sent. I liked Dr Houser for the consult but the rest of the office needs to get it together.
