Staff was efficient and helpful from check-in to check-out. Minimal wait time for my appointment (was actually seen early). Dr. Jochen offered to complete an outpatient procedure for me that I had been delaying for years due to logistics/procrastination the same day as the consult, and it was about as routine and comfortable as it possibly could have been. Your situation may vary, but overall for myself everything was excellent.
