3 years after my hair has fallen off. This actually happened 9 months post-op. The roots started falling off within 2 weeks, they were inserted weakly. I was offered a repair for free but the covid pandemic got in the way so I couldn't make it. They said they put in 3600 grafts, they lied. It was probably 1000 grafts.

Totally deceitful. I had a good experience the first time and a good result. The second time they delayed the procedure a few hours, put me with an amateur doctor in a basement with no windows and said they would cover the fix because of their mistake. They were like ok it’s only $1000 for the visit…. No I’m not paying $1000 for your mistake!!! 😡
