Tuve una muy mala experiencia en este lugar. No respetan las citas agendadas; hice la mía con un mes de anticipación, llegué puntual y aún así me hicieron esperar más de una hora. Varias veces me dijeron que solo serían 10 minutos más, pero el tiempo de espera continuaba extendiéndose, por lo que terminé retirándome del lugar. La Dra. Eunice nunca salió para disculparse o explicar la demora. Además, la actitud del personal de recepción fue muy desagradable; simplemente observaban mi incomodidad sin mostrar ninguna cortesía o amabilidad. Definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar y no regresaré. Recomiendo tener precaución al elegir servicios en Mexicali, ya que aquí el trato fue poco profesional y arrogante de Dr. Eunice.

Tuve una muy mala experiencia el día de hoy (04/24/25) con la Dra. Eunice. Hicimos una cita para toda mi familia y, aunque llegamos unos minutos tarde, llamé con anticipación para avisar y me dijeron que no habría problema. Aun así, la Dra. Eunice no atendió a mi papá hasta que ella quiso. Me pareció una actitud muy poco profesional. Además, una señora llamada Nancy aseguró que mi papá había probado una crema que quería venderle a mi mamá, pero él afirma que nunca se la aplicaron. Eso nos pareció muy deshonesto. Por otro lado, sí recomiendo al Dr. Gallardo y a la Dra. Lía, quienes siempre han sido amables y profesionales. Definitivamente no volveremos. Pésimo servicio.
