My weight loss journey with Elevate, located at 9781 Plantation Broward Fl 33324, is an awesome experience. I am 5, 11, and weighed about 200 lbs most of my adult life, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and borderline diabetes 2 years ago and suffered with right knee pain.. I tried weight loss on my own and was unsuccessful, I would lose a few pounds and gain double in a matter of weeks. A friend told me about Elevate, and I gave them a shot, I am so happy with them, today my current weight is 165 my blood sugar levels are awesome (HgA1c) went down to 5.2, my blood pressure is now 114/74, and I'm no longer on blood pressure medications, pain in my right knee went from a pain scale of 10 to around 2-3. The staff is terrific, the place is clean and always smells so good, everyone is a whole vibe, shout out to my girl Kim Micioni. I'm still working to get down to 160 and learning how to not just lose weight but making it a life style change, for one of the first times in my life I look forward to go clothes shopping being a tall women, feel and have gained so much confidence, Thank you Elevate Plantation Florida.
