24.12.2022 tarihinde Estecenter'da Duran Çekiç tarafından burun estetiği ameliyatı oldum. Ameliyat sonrası burnumda bariz eğrilik oluştu. Revizyon için tekrar görüştüm, ancak doktor hastane değiştirerek Çevre Hastanesi’ne geçmiş ve benden tekrar ücret (anestezi ücreti) talep etti. Yaşadığım mağduriyet nedeniyle, sadece ilk ameliyat sürecindeki masraflarıma karşılık sembolik olarak 5.000 TL talep ettim. Buna rağmen “Sana 1 kuruş vermem, seni de ameliyat etmem” şeklinde küçümseyici ve saygısız bir tavırla karşılaştım. Hatalı ameliyat yapıldı, çözüm üretilmedi, üstüne hasta azarlandı. Bu yaklaşımı kabul etmiyorum. Geri dönüş yapılmazsa hem tıbbi malpraktis (kusurlu tedavi) hem de manevi tazminat için tüm hukuki süreçleri başlatacağımı bildiriyorum.

Translated: On 24.12.2022, I had a rhinoplasty surgery by Duran Çekiç at Estecenter. After the surgery, my nose was clearly crooked. I met again for a revision, but the doctor changed hospitals to Çevre Hospital and asked me for a fee (anesthesia fee) again. Due to the victimization I experienced, I only asked for a symbolic 5,000 TL for my expenses during the first surgery. Despite this, I was met with a condescending and disrespectful attitude saying, “I will not give you a penny, I will not operate on you either.” The surgery was performed incorrectly, no solution was found, and the patient was scolded on top of that. I do not accept this approach. If no response is made, I declare that I will initiate all legal processes for both medical malpractice (faulty treatment) and moral compensation.

Translated: I had a rhinoplasty surgery on September 27, 2024. My doctor was Batıbey. We agreed that a natural study would be done. He was interested in the examination with a device etc. Thank you for your effort. But I did not like his work. No one around me liked it. As the days passed, the nose started to look very strange. It looks long and the tip is droopy. My problem was the visual disorder. However, my current condition is worse than before. Everyone is stating this and it affects my psychological state. I do not recommend you to have rhinoplasty in this clinic. Best regards.

Yorumumu düzeltiyorum burun ameliyatı oldum 2 yıl geçti bir kez bile kontrole çağırmadılar arıyorum telefonu açmıyorlar burnumdan kan geliyor ve DEVAMLİ TIKALI Abimle birlikte burun ameliyatı olduk ikimizide çağırmadılar. Geçen hafta aradım Serdar bey Kıbrıs tatile gitmiş diyorlar Bugün tekrar aradım telefonu açan kişi Serdar bey ayrılmış diyorlar 2 ay sonra kontrole gelecek diyorlar şaka gibi. Başka doktor yok mu kontrol edecek, İşlem bittikten sonra ilgi 0 ilk başta çok ilgiliydiler. Kimseye tavsiye etmem burayı. Sorunuma çözüm istiyorum.

Burayı internetten buldum, ancak bana 4500 greft ekildiğini söylediler , sanırım ya denilen greftler eksik ekildi ya da ekilen saçların yarıya yakini tutmadı, memnun değilim aynı fiyata çok daha iyi saç eken yerler vardı. Saç ektirmeyi düşünüyorsanız , kesinlikle tavsiye edilmez , gidip te bosuna paranızdan olmayın , tam bir hayal kırıklığı...

Estecenter’da 11 Temmuz 2023 tarihinde burun estetiği oldum, ameliyat sonrası burun ucumda eğrilik olduğunu fark ettim ancak zamanla oturacağını düşünerek herhangi bir beyanda bulunmadım. 6.ay kontrolümde burun ucunda boşluk olduğunu bir orantısızlık olduğunu ifade ettiğimde ameliyattan önce de o boşluğun olduğunu ancak o zaman fark etmediğini eğer bunu ben belirtseydim kulak arkasından doku alınarak durumun düzeltilebileceğini ve tekrar ameliyat olmak istersem aynı süreci yaşamak istersem ameliyat edebileceğini söyleyerek korkutma psikolojisini kullandı Dr. Orhan Tuğrul ve ben de mevcut durumla hastaneden ayrılmak durumunda kaldım. Ameliyattan önce söyleseydin ifadesi de ayrıca komik sanki benim görmem gereken bir durummuş gibi ifade etmesi hiç profesyonel bir yaklaşım değil. Bunların ardından 1 yıl dolunca eğrilik iyice belirginleşti ve rahatsızlığım arttı, kendisi Este Center’dan ayrıldığı için anlaşmalı olarak ameliyatlarını yaptığı başka bir hastanede kontrolümü gerçekleştirdi, yanındaki asistanına baskıyla sorun olmadığını söyletti, alttan bakılınca ve ben söylersem fark edilebileceğini söyledi. Nereden bakarsak bakalım işlemde sorun varsa vardır bence. Ameliyat ederse hastanenin para alacağını ancak kendisinin para almayacağını söyledi çünkü Este Center’da değildi artık. Ben de ayrıldım oradan. Este Center Estetik Direktörü İbrahim Çevik’e durumumu sosyal medya üzerinden bildirdim, hasta danışmaları aracılığıyla ameliyatımın Orhan Bey tarafından yapılacağını bildirdiler. 14 Ocak 2025’te revizyon ameliyatımı oldum, ameliyat öncesinde Orhan Bey son derece sinirli bir tutum sergiledi sanırım içinde bulunduğu durum revizyon yapacak olması, hatalı işlemi rahatsız etti kendisini. Dikişlerimin iyileşme sürecinde her şey yolunda görünüyordu ancak 3 ay geçmesinin ardından burun deliklerimde eşitsizlik ve iki burun deliği arasında eğrilik oluştu. Este Center’dan kontrol randevusu istedim ancak Orhan Bey olsun istemedim bunu belirtmeme rağmen herhangi bir randevu oluşturulmadı. Kendi hataları olmasına rağmen 8bin liralık bir revizyon ameliyatı ücreti daha ödedim ki ücretsiz olması gerekirken. Kurumun parayı aldıktan sonraki tutumu ile almadan önceki ameliyat karar aşamasındaki tutumu bambaşka. Bir de hastanede bulunduğum süreçte gördüm ki yurt dışından gelen hastalarla olduğu kadar Türk hastalarla ilgilenilmiyor. Bambaşka yaklaşımlar sergileniyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem son derece pişmanım.

No matter how we look at it, I think there is a problem in the procedure. He said that if he operated, the hospital would get paid but he wouldn't because he wasn't at Este Center anymore. So I left. I informed Este Center Aesthetics Director İbrahim Çevik about my situation on social media, and they informed me through patient consultations that my surgery would be performed by Orhan Bey. I had my revision surgery on January 14, 2025. Before the surgery, Orhan Bey displayed an extremely angry attitude. I think the situation he was in bothered him about the fact that he was going to make a revision and the incorrect procedure. Everything seemed to be fine during the healing process of my stitches, but after 3 months, there was inequality in my nostrils and a curvature between the two nostrils. I asked for a follow-up appointment from Este Center, but despite stating that I didn't want Orhan Bey, no appointment was made. Despite it being their mistake, I paid another 8 thousand liras for a revision surgery, which should have been free. The institution's attitude after receiving the money and the attitude during the surgery decision stage before receiving the money are completely different. Also, during my stay at the hospital, I saw that Turkish patients are not treated as well as patients coming from abroad. Completely different approaches are exhibited. I definitely do not recommend it, I regret it very much.
