Vanaf het eerste contact altijd correcte en duidelijke informatie gekregen en geen vraag is hen teveel. Na lang getwijfeld te hebben ,hebben zowel ikzelf en een goede vriend de beslissing genomen om zowel bovenaan als onderaan implantaten te laten plaatsen door het professionele team van Dr. Balaban van Esthetic Airlines te Turkije . Van de eerste reis (november 2024) tot het plaatsen van de zirkonium kronen vorige week (maart 2025) zijn we zeer professioneel begeleid geweest en vooral de persoonlijke aandacht welke we gekregen hebben van zowel Ivann als van de nederlandsche begeleidster Nicolette ter plaatse en het gehele team van Dentagram van Dr. Balaban heeft zowel mijzelf mijn vriend en mijn vrouw welke voor de ingreep met behoud van eigen tanden en het plaatsen van zirconium kronen, die aanpak heeft ons positief verast en daardoor kan ik alleen maar aanraden als u overweegt om een ingreep te laten doen van op gesprek te gaan bij Ivann , deze zal u op alle vragen een eerlijk en transparant antwoord kunnen geven en de plus alsook de min punten uitleggen . Het verblijf ginder daar helpt Ivann u ook zonder verplichtingen mee zodat u zich maar op 1 zaak moet focussen en dat is het begin van een nieuw leven met tanden !!!! Het enige waar ik spijt van heb is dat ik 10 jaar heb gewacht om deze te ingreep te laten doen daar ik deze in België had gepland, maar ondanks het harde werken om het financieel te kunnen betalen had ik het al wat opgegeven want voor de normale hardwerkende mens is het onbetaalbaar geworden in het Oh zo goede België!!! En dan kwamen we via via bij Ivann van Esthetic Airlines terecht en de rest laat ik u zelf over oordelen aan de hand van enkele foto’s

The only thing I regret is that I waited 10 years to have this procedure done because I had planned it in Belgium, but despite working hard to afford it financially, I had already given up because for the normal hardworking person it has become unaffordable in oh-so-good Belgium!!! Mijn man en ik zijn heel tevreden. Ze helpen je keuze te maken vooral de prijs is een groot verschil met hier in België .wij zijn in Wemmel geweest bij Yvan vriendelijk behulpzaam en als er iets is kan je altijd bellen of mailen zijn assistente aan de telefoon is ook een behulpzame dame de reis naar Turkije + vervoer van en naar de luchthaven in Turkije is goed georganiseerd de begeleiding daar is top en de tandartsen + de assistentes zijn vriendelijk en je komt daar in een soort van familie sfeer terecht je bouwt er een soort van band mee op . Bedankt Yvan en je assistente via tel. Bedankt aan jullie team van tandartsen en assistentes en zeker aan Nicolette een heel lieve en bezorgde dame . Nadine en Marcel

Ik heb 2 jaar geleden een haartransplantatie ondergaan. Alles was zeer goed gepland en geregeld. Enkel het resultaat en de opvolging erna was teleurstellend. Ik heb tevens ook meerdere malen terug gemaild dat deze datums niet passen wegens ik leerkracht ben en mijn uren zelf niet kan kiezen. En trouwens ik heb u 1,5 jaar niet gehoord sinds ik terug was vanuit Istanbul.

Beste Stefan, Dit zeer jammer om te lezen. We hebben meerdere malen met u contact gehad en ook gevraagd om langs te komen op het kantoor zodat wij het resultaat kunnen bekijken en eventueel een oplossing te zoeken indien het resultaat inderdaad niet goed zou zijn. Hier heeft u niet meer op gereageerd en u heeft enkel maar e-mails gestuurd om te vermelden dat u niet tevreden was…. Het voordeel bij ons is dat we altijd met Belgische nazorg artsen werken en dat wanneer patiënten niet tevreden zijn er een oplossing gezocht wordt. Uiteraard moet u wel de hand uitreiken wanneer wij onze hand uitreiken om een oplossing te zoeken. Meer kunnen wij ook niet doen. Het aanbod is er nog altijd uiteraard. Vriendelijke groeten.
