My Husband did hair transplant in April 2025, and our first comment is that sanitary conditions are not what you would normally expect from surgical clinic. Doctor came to the hotel and tried to treat something that he thought was problematic with the surgery in a barber shop in the basement of the hotel, with the unsanitized twezers. Finally my Husband was sent back home with an opened wound and without antibiotics which ended up with severe infection. Communication only occured when my Husband reached out to them and there was an attitude of „everything’s fine” even though we ended up looking for emergency care based on this severe infection. The clinic should definitely work on solutions for more sanitarny conditions and proper „after treatment” care for patient so that the patient doesn’t feel like he paid, procedure was done and it doesn’t really matter what happens next. We are giving the clinic 2 stars only because the hair started growing and we hope we will get what we paid for.

Hello Ms Bielut, Your husband had a successful hair transplant operation. However, despite all our warnings, the next day your husband walked for kilometers in hot weather with his coat on, walking around Istanbul under the sun. We don't know you have this info. When our nurse went to visit him at the hotel, your husband was waited for a long time by our nurse and when he arrived he was sweaty and tired. This is very inconvenient for a newly operated hair transplant patient. Your husband hair removed bandage and washed his hair. But in the evening, when he sent us another photo, we saw that he had hit his head. He had a bleeding and then stopped. So our doctor visited the hotel and in the washing room of our clinic (this is not a berber shop!! Hotel has also a barber shop) , which is available in the hotel for quick intervention to patients, her hair was washed again and the necessary dressing was applied. Afterwards, our patient returned to his country. After that, we explained the doses of the medicines he should take. Unfortunately we could not do more because you are not in Turkey. Please stay in touch with us. As Euroistanbul clinic, we also guarantee revision surgery if we have an unsatisfied patient. So please don't worry, let's see the result first and decide what to do. Thank you.

Mi sono rivolto a Euro Istanbul Clinic per un’operazione laser agli occhi, seguito da un certo Gianmarco, che si è rivelato totalmente impreparato e superficiale. Non mi ha fornito indicazioni fondamentali, come il fatto che avrei dovuto togliere le lenti a contatto diversi giorni prima dell’intervento. L’ho scoperto da solo e l’ho fatto autonomamente: ma da un’agenzia che organizza interventi medici, mi aspetto informazioni chiare e complete, non il fai-da-te. Una volta arrivato a Istanbul, scopro – solo dopo alcune analisi che avrebbero dovuto essere fatte prima della partenza – che non sono operabile a causa della cornea troppo sottile. Invece di assumersi la responsabilità dell’errore, mi chiedono altri 400€, oltre ai 400€ di caparra già versati, per delle visite che non mi erano mai state menzionate. Dopo aver rifiutato di pagare, sono stato completamente abbandonato. Nessun accompagnamento all’aeroporto, nessuna assistenza per rientrare, nessun supporto umano o professionale. Un comportamento vergognoso e inaccettabile, specialmente da chi si presenta come clinica internazionale. Euro Istanbul Clinic è sinonimo di disorganizzazione, mancanza di trasparenza e scarsa etica. Se state pensando di affidarvi a loro, rifletteteci bene: la salute non è un gioco.

Translated: I went to Euro Istanbul Clinic for laser eye surgery, followed by a certain Gianmarco, who turned out to be totally unprepared and superficial. He didn’t give me any fundamental information, such as the fact that I would have to remove my contact lenses several days before the operation. I found out by myself and did it independently: but from an agency that organizes medical interventions, I expect clear and complete information, not do-it-yourself. Once I arrived in Istanbul, I discovered – only after some tests that should have been done before departure – that I was not operable due to my cornea being too thin. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, they asked me for another €400, in addition to the €400 deposit already paid, for visits that had never been mentioned to me. After refusing to pay, I was completely abandoned. No accompaniment to the airport, no assistance to return, no human or professional support. Shameful and unacceptable behavior, especially from someone who presents themselves as an international clinic. Euro Istanbul Clinic is synonymous with disorganization, lack of transparency and poor ethics. If you are thinking of relying on them, think carefully: health is not a game.

Gentile Sig. Fioravanti, Siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti nel leggere la Sua recensione e nel constatare che la Sua esperienza non sia stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Desideriamo però chiarire alcuni aspetti fondamentali: Il nostro referente Gianmarco Le ha fornito tutte le indicazioni disponibili sulla base degli esami da Lei inviati prima della partenza. È vero che l’uso prolungato delle lenti a contatto può influenzare i risultati della topografia corneale, ma purtroppo solo con gli esami completi effettuati a Istanbul è stato possibile determinare con certezza che la Sua cornea non era idonea al trattamento laser. Questo è un limite tecnico reale e comune nel campo della chirurgia refrattiva, non una mancanza di attenzione. Comprendiamo perfettamente il Suo disappunto per essere venuto a Istanbul solo per scoprire che l’intervento non era possibile. Proprio per questo motivo, come gesto di responsabilità, abbiamo deciso di non addebitarLe i costi per la visita oculistica (150€), le misurazioni e il servizio di traduzione. L’unico importo richiesto è stato quello relativo al soggiorno in hotel e ai trasferimenti, per un totale di 400€, già versati da Lei come deposito. Nessun importo aggiuntivo Le è stato richiesto o incassato dopo la Sua decisione. Ci dispiace apprendere che si sia sentito abbandonato. Il nostro team ha mantenuto il contatto durante il soggiorno, e ci rincresce sinceramente se la comunicazione finale non ha risposto alle Sue esigenze. Ne prendiamo atto e cercheremo di migliorare sotto questo aspetto. Ci teniamo a sottolineare che operiamo ogni giorno con serietà, trasparenza e nel pieno rispetto di chi si affida a noi per un trattamento medico. Leading up to my appointments Euro Istanbul were very professional and honest with me about what to expect about the process. They answered every question I had, responded quickly, and never made things difficult. Everything was smooth with booking the procedures and airport transportation. Had to set up a second appointment to fix my teeth but could not make it due to a family emergency. Asked for my deposit back when they made no reservations and they have not returned my money. Left gray in the teeth that we don’t ask for. No appointments were made just a call asking if we could be at the dentist office in 30 mins. Terrible- Curtis

Hello Mr Curtis. As we understand from the fact that you wanted to come to our clinic for the 2nd time, you were not dissatisfied with the first treatment process. Every patient is asked about the tooth color in the final stages of dental treatment and a tooth color is not chosen without your consent. You did not like the tooth color afterwards and contacted us again and explained the problem. We gladly listened to you, made your appointment to solve the problem and received a deposit from you. Later, you canceled your appointment and told us that you had agreed with another dental clinic and asked us to refund your deposit. We accepted this and started your refund process. Your refund has been made. The reason for taking a deposit is to prevent loss of time and resources. As you can appreciate, dozens of patients contact us daily. We can't give appointments to everyone who texts us without a deposit. Obviously , this comment you made upset us because we did what you want. In addition, we also performed a very successful plastic surgery operation for you. We would like to state that your complaints are not about our treatments, but only about the deposit.
