To že som prišla na túto kliniku kvôli famóznemu MudrFedelešovi je prvá vec. Ale musím pozdvihnúť aj úžasný personál. Milé vysmiate baby na recepcii a úžasne sestričky ktoré sa o mňa starali ❤️ Nikolka - to je jedna správna žena ďakujem za spríjemnenie času po operácii . Meno druhej pani neviem ale proste obe - úžasný prístup trpezlivý milý 🍀 ďakujem

I went in for a consultation regarding under-eye surgery and was deeply disappointed by my interaction with Dr. Fedeles. Due to an emergency—my husband being hospitalized—I had to reschedule my initial appointment. When I arrived for the rescheduled consultation, I was met not with understanding, but with coldness and condescension. Dr. Fedeles scolded me for missing the first appointment, despite the fact that my reason had already been clearly communicated. As I tried to explain again, he repeatedly interrupted me, showing no interest in hearing me out. The experience felt dismissive and frankly, demeaning. Feeling unheard and disrespected, I chose to leave. As I walked out, I was stunned to hear him laugh—a moment that underscored the complete lack of empathy I had just experienced. While Dr. Fedeles may have a reputation for surgical skill, compassion and the ability to truly listen to a patient are equally important qualities. Unfortunately, based on my encounter, I do not believe he embodies those.

Fantastic service and result, great pre and post surgery care, very friendly surgeon and all hospital staff. Good location in the city and really calm and clean environment in the hospital.

Polroka som chodila k Majke na plasma pen, kvôli neriešeným kožným problémom. Majka je veľmi priateľská a so všetkým poradí, postará sa. Zákrok sám o sebe je nie vždy príjemný, no oplatí sa zotrvať a pri pani Majke to je jednoduché. Konečne som vytiahla zo skrine šľapky vďaka super odvedenej práci
