Ich gehe wirklich ausschließlich wegen Dr. Greta Alesiute in diese Praxis. Noch nie eine so tolle Ärztin erlebt – sie ist ehrlich, kompetent und hat ein unglaubliches Auge für Ästhetik. Sie nimmt sich Zeit, berät individuell und arbeitet absolut professionell. Eine echte Koryphäe! Was leider gar nicht geht, ist der Empfang. Die Damen wirken lustlos, genervt und unfreundlich. Kein Lächeln, kein „Bitte“ oder „Danke“ – man fühlt sich nicht willkommen, fast schon wie eine Belastung. Die Atmosphäre dort passt überhaupt nicht zu der Qualität, die Dr. Alesiute bietet. Es wirkt, als wären sie gezwungen, dort zu arbeiten, was wirklich schade ist. Trotzdem nehme ich das in Kauf – nur wegen Alesiute, denn sie ist einfach die Beste auf ihrem Gebiet!

She takes her time, provides personalized advice, and works with absolute professionalism. A true expert! What's unfortunately not acceptable is the reception. The ladies seem listless, annoyed, and unfriendly. No smile, no "please" or "thank you" – you feel unwelcome, almost like a burden. The atmosphere there doesn't match the quality Dr. Alesiute offers at all. It seems as if they're forced to work there, which is a real shame. Nevertheless, I'll put up with it – only because of Alesiute, because she's simply the best in her field!

Die Ärztin war sehr freundlich und hat es in kurzer Zeit geschafft, mich von zusätzlichen Behandlungen zu überzeugen – mehr, als ich ursprünglich geplant hatte. Insgesamt habe ich mich bei ihr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Weniger zufrieden war ich mit dem restlichen Personal. Nach der Behandlung wurde mir der Kühlpack beinahe aus der Hand gerissen – das wirkte auf mich unhöflich und wenig einfühlsam. Was mich zudem überrascht und enttäuscht hat: Für eine Nachkontrolle bzw. eine mögliche Nachkorrektur wird hier eine zusätzliche Gebühr verlangt – etwas, das ich so noch in keiner anderen Praxis erlebt habe. In allen Kliniken, in denen ich bisher zur Botox-Behandlung war, waren Nachkontrollen selbstverständlich im Preis inbegriffen. Aus dieser Erfahrung nehme ich mit: In Zukunft fahre ich lieber ein paar Stationen weiter mit der U-Bahn und gehe wieder in eine Praxis, in der Freundlichkeit und Service großgeschrieben werden – und in der Nachbehandlungen ohne Aufpreis dazugehören.

I was less satisfied with the rest of the staff. After the treatment, the ice pack was almost ripped out of my hand – which seemed rude and unsympathetic to me. What also surprised and disappointed me was that they charge an additional fee for a follow-up appointment or possible adjustment – something I haven't experienced at any other practice. In all the clinics I've been to for Botox treatment so far, follow-up appointments were naturally included in the price. From this experience, I'll take a few stops further on the subway and go back to a practice where friendliness and service are paramount – and where follow-up treatments are included at no extra charge.

Ich hab 2022 meine Lippen unterspritzen lassen. Der Heilungsgprozess lief leider sehr langwierig und war nicht ganz ohne Schmerzen- das ist aber natürlich individuell und muss nicht zwangsläufig mit der Arbeit zu tun haben. Dass der Füllstoff aber migriert und auch nach nun 3 Jahren immer noch spürbar oberhalb der Oberlippe sitzt darf nicht passieren.

Wahrscheinlich werden hier die Bewertungen gepfuscht, das letzte Mal das ich hier einen Fuß gesetzt habe. Eine Dreiviertelstunde Wartezeit, in 5 Minuten war die Behandlung durch. Das sagt schon alles. Das Ergebnis ? Ich war für eine Hylasebehandlung vor Ort. Leider konnte ich nach dieser keine richtigen Ergebnisse sehen! Auch wenn Ärztin meint mehrere Sitzungen seien nötig, sollte man wenigstens eine minimale Veränderung erkennen, dies war nicht der Fall. Stattdessen wurde danach sogar gekühlt, was eigentlich das Abbauen der Hyaluronsäure verhindert. Wählt die richtige Praxis Mädels!

I was there for a Hylase treatment. Unfortunately I couldn't see any real results after this! Even if the doctor thinks several sessions are necessary, at least a minimal change should be seen, this was not the case. Instead, it was even cooled afterwards, which actually prevents the hyaluronic acid from breaking down. Choose the right practice girls!

Extrem enttäuschend! Ich bin extrem unzufrieden mit fine aesthetics Stuttgart. Ich bin extra aus Ulm angereist, hatte mehrere Beratungstermine und wurde von Greta Alesiute überzeugt – nur dass am Ende alles anders gemacht wurde als besprochen. Nach meiner Lippen- und Kinnbehandlung (über 600 €!) musste ich die Hyaluronsäure mehrfach auflösen lassen, weil sich fiese Knoten gebildet haben. Ich bin heulend aus der Praxis gegangen und wurde dabei auch noch respektlos behandelt („Haben Sie Ihre Tage?“). Seit Februar bis April fahre ich alle zwei Wochen hin, um die falschen Ergebnisse zu korrigieren – Dr. Isik, der die Korrektur übernommen hat, meinte nach der Korrektur nur, dass man nichts machen könne und wir erneut alles auflösen müssten. Dabei wurde auch die Korrektur einfach scheiße umgesetzt weil ich auf der linke Seite sehr viele knoten hab. Mein Gesicht ist schließlich kein Versuchskaninchen! und jetzt soll noch mehr Geld verlangt werden. ich würde am liebsten Sterne geben, und ich hoffe, dass die Geschäftsleitung das sieht und was unternimmt. Ich rate absolut davon ab – hier wird man nur enttäuscht und respektlos behandelt.

Ich war gestern dort um mir Hylase machen zu lassen und Frau dr. Sliusavera. Und sie hat nur das weggerutschte entfernt (wusste garnicht, dass es geht) und sie hat mir damit mein Selbstbewusstsein wieder gegeben, dadurch dass nicht alles entfernt wurde, sind meine Lippen noch etwas voll aber sehen so viel weicher und wunderschön aus. Ich liebe es. Vielen Dank!! Und die Schmerzen waren sehr sehr gut auszuhalten. Außerdem sind alle unendlich lieb, auch die Arzthelferinnen.
