Honestly a great experience, I have suffered from generational hair loss for the past 10 years and I finally have hair. If I’m being honest, the fade and blending and color match, I could not have asked for anything better. I do, however wish that there was more transparency with the education and maintenance on the hair. I have never worn a system and would have liked more education on how to maintain. With that being said, my hair looks great and Flawless Fades did a flawless job giving me my confidence back. Thank you to Flawless Fades and they’re impeccable work.

Terrible servicio al cliente el que atiende el wsp que es el dueño, se molesta y es grosero si tú le preguntas el por qué del cobro , solo por que yo no entendía , y me parece excesivo pagar $250 por el producto que el mismo vende al que ya de por sí le gana bastante…más otros $225 por poner el mismo producto que se le compró en su local , y me escribió grosero “ oferta y demanda, ósea que por qué no hay mucha competencia el cobra lo que le da la gana y si no le gusta … me escribió “ Google it “ , pensaba hasta ir pero después de esta grosería no lo recomiendo y hay que buscar a la competencia que es mejor trato y servicio . EL QUE HALLA OFERTA Y DEMANDA NO LE DA DERECHO A COBRAR VALORES EXCESIVOS APROVECHÁNDOSE DE LA GENTE .

Entonces yo sin intención de ofenderle le hice énfasis en la oferta y demanda. Es importante mencionar que usted se equivoca en algo. Yo si puedo cobrar lo que yo quiera y me parezca justo. No solo porque este es mi negocio y yo cuido los intereses del negocio, mi calidad, y la experiencia obtenida durante todos mis años de trabajo. Usted dice que la oferta y la demanda no me da derecho de cobrar lo que yo quiera y ahi usted se equivoca y si no me cree google it. Nuestro objetivo nunca es ser groseros, y si mi respuesta fue percibida de esa manera, te ofrezco mis disculpas sinceras. Sin embargo, creemos que no es justo recibir una calificación negativa simplemente porque su bolsillo no le da para pagar mis servicios. Te deseamos lo mejor en tu búsqueda de servicios que se ajusten a tus necesidades.
