I first went to Genesis II 3 months ago and I'm so pleased with the results so far. I purchased some of their hair products and a laser light helmet, and I saw results almost immediately. I'm excited to see what the next 6 months will bring. Thanks to Jeanine for her advice!

Holy cow!!!!!! Amazing coustmer service from enter to exit. It was amazing to find such a great place. As a trans-woman they made me feel so welcoming and the willingness to help find the right fit, shade, and color, and style. It's still setting in but I'm in tears of joy with how I look and feel because of the piece I got. Forever coustmer if your trans and wondering where to go please please please check out genesis 2 Studio. Janine is just amazing to work with and she will not stop until you are happy with your look. I couldn’t recommend this hair place enough. My mom was recently diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. And with the chemo treatment the oncologist has her doing, she will lose all of her hair. After this news, me and my mom talked with the Saint Agatha’s foundation for places to get a nice wig. On this list was Genesis. The second we walked into our appointment, and sat down with the lady; she made us feel so comfortable, and welcome. My mom had been having a little bit of a hard time with the diagnosis, and so she’s been looking for comfort in telling her story. The lady we booked the appointment with was so great. She immediately asked my mom how she was doing, and really seemed to be empathizing and paying attention. When it was time for the actual consult, she really made it a point to listen to what my mom wanted in her wig. Whether that be a specific hair color, texture, length etc. She didn’t push my mom to “want” a specific type of wig, she let my mom voice her opinions. Not that this matters in the whole of it, but the wigs that Genesis sells are much more affordable then some of the other wig places in the area (if you know you know). The lady also made it apparent that every wig style came in upwards of 40 different hair colors, and the root color could also be adjusted somewhat. Along with that, if the wig we picked out were to be a little too long, or too thick in some areas, she made clear that she would personally style it however my mom wanted it. This lady was also kind enough to not make us pay a deposit fee, after learning of our circumstance. After we got the wig, my moms face lit up. The wigs quality itself is top notch, and even though it’s synthetic, it feels like real human hair. And the color matches my moms skin tone very well. I appreciate everything Genesis has done for me and my mother.

From the first moment I stepped foot into this hair studio I knew I was in the right place. Everything was super clean and nicely decorated. Magi greeted me immediately and asked if I needed anything while I waited a few mins for Jeanine (I came in super early before my appointment). I’ve been dealing with thinning hair basically my whole life but got progressively worse postpartum. I had my consultation with Jeanine in a private room - which I loved. Both Jeanine and Magi were VERY professional and accommodating. Not only answering every question I had and put my mind at ease about the whole process. I truly love when people can be both professional and laid back while allowing me to tell them what I really wanted. I can honestly say they both understand my needs while not pressuring me into something I may not have wanted. I was comfortable with them to say the least. During the consultation I was shown what the hair extensions would truly look and feel like so that was huge for me too. My appointment for my installation is less than a week away and I couldn’t be more excited. All they want to do is help men and women look and feel their best without trying to nickel and dime their clients! They use the highest quality hair and treatments possible and they don’t overcharge for their services either!! I truly can’t wait to have this experience at Genesis 2.
