Me hice un proceso de lipo 360 con el Dr Jean Paul Leva estuvo todo el tiempo atento a mi y me hicieron sentir tranquila me explicaron todo el cuidado para que mi procedimiento sea más efectivo no salí con dolor salí caminado todo muy bien estaré escribiendo cómo va evolucionando mi procedimiento pero por el momento la atención muy amables 🙂

They explained all the care to me so that my procedure would be more effective. I didn't come out in any pain, I walked out, everything was fine. No quiero darles ni una estrella. Me hice la 1ra vez lipopada y me dijo su hija que tenía cara de hombre.Lo dejé pasar porque ya tenía hecho el pago y me quedó feo el cuello.Me costó tan caro!. Por el tiempo Y todo que hacen ahí mismo los exámenes de sangre,Me quise sacar mi abdomen.Me arrepiento tanto!!y me recomendó hacerme una lipoplastia.Quise cambiar la cita porque mi papá murió 2 días antesde la cirugía y me dio flu que estaba tan vulnerable,pero no se compadeció de mí,eso es lo que más me duele que no tienen corazón!,que estaba bien,que eso no afectaba mi lipo.Me hicieron la hija el lado izquierdo y la Sra mayor el lado derecho porque no las puedo llamar Dras.Me fuí curando y mi abdomen me quedó horrible el lado izquierdo tenía un hueco tan grande y el otro normal,en vez de quedar bien quedé peor.Pero cuando me iban a operar estaba todo bien hasta cuando mi azúcar decia que estoy casi prediabetica pero me dijeron que estaba bien para la lipo. Tantas cosas que no puedo decir todo en un visto.Se hizo la loca y me mandó a ver un gastroenterólogo que algo tenía en mi estómago,que estaba con la azúcar alta.Pesaba 158 libras!! que si no me había visto que estaba gorda gorda y me lo repetía cada rato.Fué tan grosera conmigo!! Que cuando llamé a otra cita que me vea la Sra le dije a la recepcionista voy a ir pero no quiero que esa Sra me esté hablando así que no sea tan grosera.Que me iba a sacar un litro de grasa más porque tengo mi abdomen deformado gracias a ellas y que me quieran hacer de nuevo?? ni loca vuelvo para allá.Les regale $10.500 dólares y que ellas cobran más me dijo.Á pasado 1 año de eso y baje a 150 libra talvez se vea mejor y se me colgó peor!! No soy de las personas de dejar vistos de nadie pero hé votado $20mil dólares en este lugar que no saben hacer su trabajo.Te dicen tantas cosas bonitas.Ni te sientas después de la lipo de la anestesia ya entra la una muchacha a decir que ponga un review para su pagina.””El review se pone después de los resultados””Cuando recién fuí todos atentos y después te miran como basura,no tienen ética nadie en ese lugar,todo desorganizado.Cuando lean esto van a decir que nunca fuí paciente de ellos que estoy en la página equivocada y borran.Me hice un tummy tuck hace un mes y veo mis resultados increíbles! En un lugar nombrado aquí en Ny Doctores muy preparados a mitad del precio que ellos cobran.Un consejo No regalen su dinero vayan donde profesionales que piensen en ti no en sus bolsillos.Porque ellos tienen el signo de dólares en los ojos!!

I passed on it because I had already paid and my neck looked ugly. It was so expensive! Because of the time and everything they do the blood tests right there, I wanted to have my abdomen removed. I regret it so much!! and they recommended that I get liposuction. I wanted to change the appointment because my dad died 2 days before the surgery and I got the flu and I was so vulnerable, but they didn't take pity on me, that's what hurts me the most, you have no heart! That I was fine, that it wouldn't affect my liposuction. Their daughter did the left side and the older lady the right side because I can't call them doctors. I was healing and my abdomen looked horrible, the left side had such a big hole and the other side was normal, instead of being fine it looked worse. But when they were going to operate on me everything was fine even when my sugar said I was almost prediabetic but they told me I was okay for liposuction. So many things, I can't say them all in one breath. She acted crazy and sent me to see a gastroenterologist, saying there was something wrong with my stomach, that my blood sugar was high. I weighed 158 pounds!! She said she hadn't seen me, that I was fat, fat, and she kept telling me that. She was so rude to me!! When I called for another appointment to see the lady, I told the receptionist, "I'm going to go, but I don't want that lady talking to me, so don't be so rude." She said she was going to remove another liter of fat because my abdomen is deformed thanks to them, and that they want to do it again? I'm not crazy, I'm not going back there. I gave them $10,500, and she told me they charge more. A year has passed since that, and I'm down to 150 pounds, maybe it looks better, and it's gotten worse!! I'm not one of those people who leaves anyone's opinions, but I spent $20,000 at this place; they don't know how to do their job. They tell you so many nice things. You don't even sit down after the liposuction and the anesthesia comes in and tells you to put a review on their page. "The review is posted after the results." When I first went, everyone was attentive and then they looked at you like garbage, no one there has any ethics, everything is disorganized. When they read this, they're going to say I was never a patient of theirs, that I'm on the wrong page and they delete it. I had a tummy tuck done a month ago and I see my incredible results! In a well-known place here in NY. Very well-prepared doctors at half the price they charge. A word of advice: Don't give away your money, go to professionals who think about you, not their pockets. Because they have dollar signs in their eyes!!

I had a very bad experience with this medical office, especially with Dr. Gina. When I went to do my immigration paperwork and medical exams, I later had to return because immigration sent them back, saying they were not done correctly. The results showed that I tested positive for tuberculosis. When I approached this doctor to ask about it, she insulted me and told me that I couldn’t get near her because I could infect her. She said, “Get out of this place because you’re going to infect me.” I think even the nurse felt bad and apologized to me, but this doctor is very rude. Additionally, the office does not work well. They handle immigration medical exams very, very poorly. I do not recommend them at all. Of course, I’m not mistaken. I’m not crazy not to know where I’m standing. The clinic is called Leva Medical, and I was looking for the doctor who performs immigration exams. She asked me who I was looking for and read my papers that USCIS had returned to me. Then, she told me to get out of there, saying that I had tuberculosis and was going to infect her. Yes, ma’am, I would never do anything to my face with you. My case was with immigration. If I’m in your records, check the cameras—this happened in July 2024, and your nurse was a Dominican woman. I didn’t take any action or report them for the way they treated me because I didn’t want another headache, as this office is extremely arrogant and unprofessional. Don’t go there, especially if you are Hispanic.😭

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Leva and their team. From the moment I walked in, the unprofessionalism of the staff was glaring. They were rude and dismissive, making me feel more like an inconvenience than a patient in need of care. The level of skill displayed by the staff was shockingly poor. Basic procedures were handled clumsily, and I left feeling more anxious than reassured. Instead of providing comfort and professionalism, I was met with insults and condescension. To add insult to injury, I felt robbed by the exorbitant charges for a service I never received (I cancelled the surgery yet they refused to cancel the credit charges and continued to steal money from me). I was robbed by the staff on the day of the operation (They took my phone out of my pocket and put it on their person) The lack of transparency and clear communication only added to my frustration. Overall, I was mistreated and deeply regret choosing this clinic. I would strongly advise others to seek medical care elsewhere.
