i am a customer since more than 15 years with curly patch, very good quality patch and services excellent, however now its on unacceptable situation where they cant provide curly patch since one year, i have been following at Bahrain branch, all branches in India as well as online WhatsApp chat but no use, they all say the patch is on order and no one knows when they will receive, the blind answer is "we don't know when it will be available". you cant treat your valued customers like this who are loyal, not gone to any other service providers despite there are several available in market. very unfortunate to write this review but its a reality. can some one wake up and provide a proper answer rather than saying its on order and we don't know when it will be delivered. R u ordering from Moon???? so that next time ISRO sends a Chandrayaan and delivery will be done by then.
