So far so good, 2nd session done, felt well taken care of and im enjoying the results so far. Definitely recommend. Had my beard filled in so was definitely nervous but I'm really enjoying the results so far. Anouska is definitely very knowledgeable. Will provide an update when its all finished including comparison photos as there is a limited amount of beard micro pigmentation before and afters out there if. Anyone wants advice feel free to email me. Sean Updated review- Yeah Im really happy with the result. It was annoying me that my hair transplant partially failed. I needed too much product for myself to like it but getting another hair transplant after a relatively big one considering I would like to leave some for the top of my head and also for the back of my head so I was caught in a dilemma. Getting the SMP too dark would have ruined everything so despite clearly wanting to be in a rush I felt like Anouska took her time with it because she truly cared about getting it right. I can say that I dont want surgery now which has saved me a lot of stress time and money. So yeah I would definitely recommend hair ink anouska really cares for her clients and for those individuals who are really stressed about their appearance and worried about making it worse. You can trust Anouska. 10/10 Thought I would give an updated review. Just amazing from anouska in the sense of how she went as dark as she would be comfortable with but as I have my facial hair long it be important to not go too dark as that would look pretty stupid so therefore there is clear skill and boldness from her side there which I am very impressed by. I would say with facial pigmentation you do have to go twice a year to keep it the way you like it. But In terms of my self esteem when it is at that level of darkness it makes a massive difference to me as my facial hair looks incredible. 2 years later review- still can’t believe how fantastic it looks, it was a very difficult experience as it was seven times till the pigment set. Watching it fade away was rather sad but it’s been two years and it’s still as dark as it was before, the thing is it’s so dark but you can’t tell it’s pigment which is incredible I can imagine it takes a real pro to be able to pull it off. My Experience with Scalp Micro-Pigmentation by Anouska From the initial consultation, Anouska was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. As this was my first time exploring scalp micro-pigmentation (SMP), she took the time to explain the process thoroughly, including the different styles, pigment options, and how the treatment would blend with my existing hair. I wanted to maintain a 1.5mm hair length and use SMP to camouflage areas of hair loss, creating a fuller, more even appearance. I had a specific look in mind, and Anouska was completely supportive. She listened carefully, offered her expert input without being pushy, and helped refine the vision. We agreed on a natural, soft hairline and a density that would match my existing hair. Pricing was transparent and fair, and we initially planned for four sessions. The treatment itself was methodical and well-paced. Each session lasted a few hours, with the first two focused on laying the foundation—creating a base layer of pigment that would gradually build up the illusion of density. Anouska used a fine needle to deposit pigment into the scalp, matching the tone to my natural hair color. She worked with precision and care, ensuring the pigment placement mimicked real hair follicles. By the third session, the results became much more noticeable. The density increased, and the blending with my natural hair was seamless. We ended up doing six sessions instead of four—not because the original plan was lacking, but because Anouska is a perfectionist. She wanted to make sure every detail was just right, and the extra sessions were included in the original price. The treatment can be slightly uncomfortable in certain areas, especially around the temples and crown, but it’s completely manageable. Anouska’s calm demeanor and easygoing nature made the experience much more pleasant—she’s great to chat with, and the time really flew by. Now, my hair looks consistent and full across my entire scalp. The difference is incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. UPDATE FROM 5 YEARS ONWARDS: This is by far the most life changing thing that I have ever done. The benefits of the sustained look, leaves me wondering why I waited so long to get it done. Anouska is a true expert at what she does and her work has changed so many thing for me. When you do something like this, you never want there to be risk - so if you are thinking about it, please trust me when I say Anouska is the right option. I cannot speak highly enough about Anouska and HPT Scalp Micropigmentation. Anouska is not your typical business person. She genuinely wants to make a difference to peoples lives by improving their self esteem in the way they look. The nature of scalp pigmentation is one that is so dependent on the practitioner who is doing it. Its not just about the physical implementation. Its about the ensuring that your expectations are clearly communicated and understand by whoever is doing your treatment. Anouska does exactly this. She makes sure she understands her clients and is able to make you feel 100% comfortable with what you are doing. Above all, she is simply incredible at her work. My results have been life changing. I was referred to Anouska by a friend as I have partial baldness and hair transplantation was unsuitable for me. After seeing pictures of Anouska’s work, I decided to contact her for a free consultation. I appreciated Anouska’s honesty from the onset and felt she was more conscious of achieving a desirable outcome that reflected her standards than just my custom. For example, she insisted the approach needed to be person specific rather than a one size fits all in respect to hair line and age profile. She explained this was a process taken in steps and customised my plan that took into account my individual profile to create a natural result. The first session enabled me to review Anouska’s work and if necessary reverse what had been done as the ink is intentionally not penetrated deep. This allowed me to request modification’s and was done so to make further improvements in what had been a step by step approach over several session’s. Anouska explained this was to acclimate into my new hair line and for her to be fully satisfied with the result. Time did not seem to be her primary concern which I appreciated with a procedure like this. What really impressed me was attention to detail by creating natural irregularities in my hair line to avoid looking to linear and unnatural. I wanted this procedure to blend in with my existing hair to create the illusion of density and a deeper hairline without looking like ink. Remarkably despite having what appears to be a healthier hairline no one can detect I have had this procedure done and am very satisfied with the result. Update 08/12/2024 I went for a top up as advised by Anouska and have been very impressed with the outcome. She found areas of improvement, and for just a "top up" asked me to attend again because she was determined to make it as perfect as she could, which I appreciate. The pictures below are 5 weeks after the final top up and the before are from 20 months prior to this treatment.

Hi just want to update my review for my yearly top up I have just received . Results are better than ever and can’t recommend Anouska and hair ink enough . Thank you again Anouska , 5 star service and results once more . Anyone thinking of having treatment , most definitely contact hair ink , you will not regret it . I don’t usually leave reviews , but felt compelled to share my experience after such a fantastic experience and hair results. Now I did have my reservations at first like most who are contemplating having HPT Micro , especially being of mixed race ethnicity , but once again like most I decided to do some research online and read up on a few clinics reviews . Hair ink did stand out as you could tell the reviews were genuine and written by down to earth individuals just like myself . On contacting Anouska she completely made me feel at ease as she is easy going and so down to earth explaining everything in detail , followed by emails just to confirm everything we had talked about and gone through . Anouska is a straight talking person , who is not just after making a quick buck . She will ask you you’re expectations and tell you honestly if she can match them, and oh boy she did and more :) 4 sessions I had in total, with the original quoted price covering all 4 sessions which I think is such a statement on Hair inks part. It shows that it’s not about the money where Anouska is concerned but achieving the correct results so both Anouska and the client go away happy with the end results . Im just waiting 6 weeks now so that I can let everything settle and even then Anouska has said to stay in contact and if I feel I need to go back in at all just for anything I think could be touched up, I can book back in. On to the results , all I can say is just wow ! No more feeling the need to wear hats ( apart from sunny days blocking them UV rays ) No more fake barber spray fibres , where after one shower it’s more or less washed off . Anouska has certainly met my expectations and more . She truly is one skilled individual in her current profession and if you are considering having treatment I would recommend Hair Ink in a heart beat. I made the round trip of 254 mile for each and everyone of my sessions with Anouska , and would certainly do so again without a second thought .

This was a planned follow up visit to Anouska following a really successful series of initial HPT scalp micropigmentation sessions to camouflage some scars from a strip hair transplant. I first went to Anouska because of her vast experience and the exceptional online reviews. I am delighted that I did. She takes the time to really understand your needs, and determine how she can help to get the very best result for you. Since my treatment, I’ve been able to confidently wear my hair really short - a skin fade no less. The technical result of the HPT scalp micropigmentation is excellent but it’s also changed my relationship with my scars. I used to be preoccupied with their appearance, relentlessly checking how obvious they looked after every hair cut. Now I seldom give them a second thought. Anouska’s work has finally allowed to make peace with my scars and give me the confidence to wear my hair however I like. In a world where it is difficult to work out who to trust with something as important as this, I can confidently say that she’s the real deal.
