Chrissy is an absolute gem - I can’t say enough good things about her. Incredibly knowledgeable about hair loss, how to treat it, and how to style it. Hair loss is also a very vulnerable topic and she approaches it with such compassion and care. I came to her when I was experiencing stress-induced telogen effluvium about 6 months ago. We switched out some of my products and I see her monthly for scalp treatments where she examines my scalp and takes photographs to track my progress. On top of all that she’s a very talented stylist and reasonably priced for all of her services - she does my cut and color. My hair has never looked better! Can’t recommend her enough.

After seeing hair toppers on TikTok I was excited to find a place in St.Louis that had them. My hair is thinning thanks to menopause and I never felt like I could get it to look polished or nice anymore. Chrissy helped me to find a topper with the kind of base and length I wanted and then worked her magic to help me get it to the perfect color for me. I also want to note she does have a company you can use to finance your topper/wigs through which was a surprise and really nice.

I went to Hair Loss Solutions right after my cancer diagnosis because I knew I did not want to deal with cold capping. During my appointment, Chrissy showed me many different options at all different price ranges. She encouraged me to try on a variety of wigs so I could get a feel for what made me most comfortable, as this was one of the most important investments I would make going into my treatment plan. Prior to my appointment, I was prepared that I may have to wait for a period of time to get my wig due to possible customizations. However, the selection of styles/colors that were available meant I walked out with my brand new wig that very day and before I began chemotherapy! I have literally never received so many compliments on my real hair and I feel so good and confident when I walk out the door. Chrissy took the time to make sure the fit was comfortable, trimmed it to how I liked to style my natural hair, and went over the care of my new hair in great detail. I also left with special care products for my bald head specifically formulated for cancer patients. This was all included in the purchase of my wig. Once my treatments are complete, I plan on returning, as Chrissy has solutions for helping you grow your hair back more quickly! I cannot thank Chrissy enough for giving me my confidence back through the most vulnerable time of my life!
