I was so confused and overwhelmed before finding HMR in Tijuana, but they made everything easy. From travel accommodations to the surgery itself, the staff was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. After lots of research and investigation I decided to contact several hair transplant providers in Tijuana. A few of the places didn’t speak English so well which isn’t a deal Killer, but after talking to a few of them (just trying to gather info) they stopped communicating with me. HMR was different they answered the WhatsApp and messenger app fairly quickly They even allowed me to ask $ questions which was a turn Off For the Other providers. So I made a date for an in person consultation and the next day (today). I’m sitting across the street eating great ramen waiting for my follow up In the morning. All around awesome experience. During the consultation process, the entire team was in the office which made me feel like they did this all as a team. It was a little sore, but what could you expect? Also, the hotel is a three minute walk or less across from the Medical site and literally one minute walk is this place called Gastro 17 which has a ton of little restaurants with amazing food I will definitely update my review if anything goes sideways or if they stop communicating with me which I highly doubt

Dr. Angel Guerrero took into consideration my natural hairline and facial features to give me the best hairline for my face. They are very kind and respectful.
