I wish there could be 0 star, I started EXT 12 subscription here but I wasn't informed about cancellation policy before. Now I am getting some side effects as itching and I had requested to cancel in between. They are denying my partial refund. Very Bad Experience.

I have been a client since April of 2024 and I have not come across a stylist as good as Yadira. She is very gentle and understood right away that I have a tender head. The process of removing my hair piece is usually painful, but it was not painful at all when she did it. She took her time and was very thorough with my hair style process.
