The Hair Club did not help my hair loss. They kept telling me they saw new growth. However, when I went to the hair transplant MD surgeon, he said those are not new hairs... Those are old dying hairs! I would not recommend the Hair Club it was too expensive for the service received. Their before and after pictures clearly show me with more hair loss at the end of their program. They did, however, start me on a path to at least pursue other options for hair loss, like using a stronger Minoxidil than they recommend.

Set an appointment at 1pm get there early and sat there for 30 mins and no one even came to check me in or fill out a paper for first visit. Poor customer service. Even their help line tried getting ahold of someone and no one would pick up their phone calls either
