I love love this place! I have the best stylist! Jasmine is absolutely fabulous! She knows exactly what I want and don’t have to tell her. She is so kind and caring. Jasmine makes me feel so comfortable especially when this process can be so hard. I am so happy that she was brought into the Jacksonville Florida center. My teenage daughter followed a hair stylist here from another business. On her 3rd visit to Hair Club, my daughter’s hair was supposed to be highlighted, cut, deep conditioned, and styled. Her hair was only colored because another client had come in early and the stylist said there was not enough time do do anything else. However, my credit card was charged MORE than the previous 2 times when my daughter’s hair was highlighted, cut, deep conditioned, styled, and she bought a product!!! I called the business to get the charge to my credit card reduced and was told that there is now a $249 charge for non-members!?!? I was NEVER charged this before, nor was I told about it when I booked the appointment. I would have NEVER booked the appointment if I was told that there would be a $249 charge for being a non-member, especially considering the charge is almost as much as her normal entire hair job!!! I called 2 days in a row to get that matter resolved, but keep getting the “the managers are discussing about whether they are going to give you a refund” run around and then never heard from them again. I even filed with the BBB and they ignored that complaint. DON’T COME HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT UPFRONT ABOUT THEIR EXORBITANT HIDDEN FEES!!!
