Sehr kompetenter und ehrlicher Arzt – uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! Ich bin 65 Jahre alt und wollte 2021 etwas gegen mein immer lichter werdendes Haar unternehmen. Deshalb habe ich mir verschiedene Kliniken in Dortmund und Düsseldorf angeschaut – letztlich hat mich Dr. Neidel am meisten überzeugt. Er war der einzige Arzt, der mir nach einer sehr gründlichen Untersuchung zunächst von einer Haartransplantation abgeraten hat, da meine Haarsubstanz keine Garantie für ein gutes Ergebnis bot. Diese ehrliche Einschätzung hat bei mir sofort Vertrauen geweckt. Am Ende habe ich mich dennoch für die OP entschieden – und bin heute, ein Jahr später, absolut begeistert vom Ergebnis. Ich bin zufrieden. Die Beratung bei Frau Dr. med. Karin Leonhardt war auf den Punkt, eine fachliche Beratung / Einschätzung meiner Situation. Auch telefonisch konnte mir jede Frage beantwortet werden. Vor und auch nach der Transplantation. Die Op verlief ohne Schwierigkeiten. Die Zusammenarbeiten zwischen Op Team und Dr. med. Karin Leonhardt wirkte auf mich zu jederzeit ruhig, routiniert und eingespielt. Das hat mir von Anfang an ein gutes Gefühl und Sicherheit gegeben. Moin an die Betroffenen, ich hatte am Montag den 30.09.2024 meine Haartransplantation bei Frau Dr. Leonhardt und Team (Regina, Domenica und leider einen Namen vergessen) liebe Grüße an Alle und danke für die Fürsorge und die angenehme Haartransplantation. Ich habe mich für die Streifenmethode entschieden, da ich meine Haare nicht abrasieren wollte und ich auch keine Kurzhaarfrisur trage. Am Hinterkopf habe ich immer eine Haarlänge von 2-3cm. Vom Beratungsgespräch (kein Verkaufsgespräch - das fand ich sehr positiv) im Juni diesen Jahres, hatte ich mich endlich nach ca. 2-3 Jahren Überlegung dazu entschieden meine Haare transplantieren zu lassen. Im vorderen Kopfbereich sind meine Haare ausgedünnt und mein Tonsurbereich wurde auch lichter. Jeder Blick in den Spiegel hat mich gestört und zum Glück habe ich die Entscheidung der Haartransplantation getroffen. Ich weiss noch nicht, wie das Ergebnis sein wird, aber was ich sagen kann, bei Hairdoc Dr. Neidel und Frau Dr. Leonhardt ist man an der richtigen Adresse. Für die Praxis spricht die lange Erfahrung und auch das unterstützende Team, was schon viele Jahre dort arbeitet und ganz fleissig bei der Transplantation die Haare unter Mikroskop nach 1 Haarwurzel, 2 Haarwurzel und 3 Haarwurzel sortiert. Der Ablauf am OP Tag war wie folgt: kurzes Aufklärungsgespräch und anschließend der Start der Haartransplantation. Ich wurde als erstes am Hinterkopf betäubt. Die Spritzen haben ein bisschen gepikst, aber ich hatte es mir schlimmer vorgestellt. Dann wurden ein paar Haare rasiert, wo der Streifen ca. 26cm am Hinterkopf mit einem Skalpell rausgeschnitten wurde. Hört sich schlimmer an als es ist, da es ja betäubt ist. Ein bisschen unangenehm ist das raustrennen am Kopf, aber was man alles im Internet dazu liest, ist das wirklich nur halb so wild und nach 5 Minuten fertig. Danach hat das Team meine Haare vom Haarstreifen unter Mikroskop sortiert und Frau Dr. Leonhardt hat die Löcher in meinen Kopf vorbereitet, wo die Haare eingesetzt wurden. Ich habe keine Schmerzen verspürt. Anschließend war eine kurze Mittagspause (lecker Brötchen und ne Cola) und dann wurden die Haare in die vorbereiteten Löcher eingesetzt. Hier habe ich auch keine Schmerzen verspürt. Bei der Behandlung haben wir uns die ganze Zeit unterhalten und es war eine sehr angenehme Stimmung. Bei mir wurden insgesamt 2650 Haare verpflanzt und ich bin sehr gespannt auf das Ergebnis in ein paar Monaten. Ich wollte trotzdem diesen Post schon mal schicken, weil viele "Betroffene" ja lange überlegen wie ich. Ich kann nur alle ermutigen eine Haartransplantation zu machen. Ich habe es mir viel schlimmer vorgestellt, aber es war wirklich entspannt. Man sollte zur OP, eine hinten verstellbare Cap mitbringen, die wird leicht auf den Kopf gesetzt. Da passiert nichts. Für zuhause oder bei mir war es Hotel, gibt es noch Schmerzmittel, ein Spray für den Kopf und ein Kühlkissen und weitere Pflegehinweise für die nächsten Tage. 48 Stunden nach der Haartransplantation freue ich mich sehr, diesen Schritt gemacht zu haben. Heute habe ich leichte Schwellungen im Gesicht (normaler Prozess), daher kühle ich fleissig mein Gesicht. Schmerzen habe ich keine. Ich bin sehr gespannt auf das Ergebnis und werden nächstes Jahr nochmal ein finales "Haar" Fazit geben.

I don't know yet what the result will be, but what I can say with Hairdoc Dr. Neidel and Dr. Leonhardt you have come to the right place. What speaks in favor of the practice is the long experience and also the supporting team, which has been working there for many years and diligently sorts the hair under a microscope into 1 hair root, 2 hair roots and 3 hair roots during the transplant. The procedure on the day of the operation was as follows: a short briefing and then the start of the hair transplant. The first thing I was numbed was the back of my head. The injections stung a bit, but I imagined it would be worse. Then a few hairs were shaved, where the strip about 26cm at the back of the head was cut out with a scalpel. Sounds worse than it is since it's anesthetized. Cutting out the head is a bit uncomfortable, but from what you read about it on the internet, it's really only half as bad and it's done after 5 minutes. The team then sorted my hair from the hair strip under a microscope and Dr. Leonhardt prepared the holes in my head where the hair was inserted. I didn't feel any pain. Afterwards there was a short lunch break (delicious rolls and a cola) and then the hair was inserted into the prepared holes. I didn't feel any pain here either. During the treatment we talked the whole time and it was a very pleasant atmosphere. I had a total of 2650 hairs transplanted and I am very excited to see the results in a few months. I still wanted to send this post because many “affected people” think about it for a long time like I did. I can only encourage everyone to have a hair transplant. I imagined it would be much worse, but it was really relaxing. You should bring a cap with you to the operation that can be adjusted at the back; it can be easily placed on your head. Nothing happens there. For use at home or at my hotel, there are painkillers, a spray for the head and a cooling pad and further care instructions for the next few days. 48 hours after the hair transplant, I am very happy to have taken this step. Today I have slight swelling on my face (normal process), so I'm diligently cooling my face. I don't have any pain. I'm very excited about the result and will give another final "hair" conclusion next year.
