Chci pochválit firmu pana Malíře - HairExpert za profesionální přístup. Cesta, hotel a transplantace proběhla bez komplikací, vše bylo dobře zorganizované. Chtěl bych poděkovat také delegátce Lindě, která zařizovala vše v Istanbulu. Doporučil bych všem, co nad transplantací přemýšlejí. Osobně jsem rád, že jsem do toho šel a vybral si právě tuto firmu. :)

Už jednou jsem absolvoval transplantaci vlasů v Čr se kterou jsem nebyl maximálně spokojený, vlasy narostly, ale stále jsem neměl tu hustotu, kterou jsem chtěl. Zaplatil jsem za to 100 tis. za 1000 štěpů. Po dvou letech mi bylo jasné, že je to konečná fáze růstu vlasů a tak jsem hledal jinou kliniku až jsem narazil na HairExpert, oslovil jsem je a domluvil jsem si termín transplantace ( v Istanbulu), na termín jsem nemusel dlouho čekat. Vše proběhlo, tak jak bylo domluveno, vzal jsem sebou i manželku. Delegátka Linda česky mluvící nás čekala na letišti v Istanbulu, auto kliniky nás dovezlo na kliniku, tam mi provedli předoperační vyšetření a řekli mi kolik mi bude aplikováno štěpů - 3500. Po té nás odvezli na hotel, který byl opravdu 5 hvězd. a druhý den dopoledne jsme šli s delegátkou do města a na nákupy. Po té jsem byl přepravený na kliniku, kde mi byl proveden zákrok - trval cca 5 hod. Dopoledne po zákroku jsem jel opět na kliniku kde mi umyli hlavu a dostal jsem prostředky na péči po zákroku + certifikát s doživotní zárukou. Ještě chci vyzdvihnout práci delegátky, jak se o nás celou dobu starala. Byl jsem se vším maximálně spokojený, včetně ceny transplantace, i manželka byla velmi spokojená s nákupy :-)) Takže pokud přemýšlíte o transplantaci, určitě si vyberte HairExpert!

I also want to highlight the work of the delegate, how she took care of us the whole time. I was extremely satisfied with everything, including the price of the transplant, my wife was also very satisfied with the purchases :-)) So if you are thinking about a transplant, definitely choose HairExpert!

Začal jsem plešatět zhruba před 10 lety a dlouho mě to trápilo, nerad jsem se fotil a necítil jsem se dobře. Tak jsem začal googlit transplantace vlasů a stím spojené kliniky a našel jsem Hairexpert. Perfektní recenze od klientů, milé a rychlé jednání+ cena mě ujistilo, že to bude nejlepší volba. Vše probíhalo dobře domluva tady v ČR po zaslání fotek( nemusel jsem nikam jezdit) až po zařízení všeho potřebného. V Turecku na letišti na mě čekala milá delegátka, která vše dozařídila a se vším přez whatsapp pomáhala. Operace proběhla bez problémů, dostal jsem všechny věci na péči o vlasy+ radu co koupit pro růst vlasů.. Jsem velice spokojený a mohu jen doporučit lidem, který mají problém s vypadáváním vlasů.

Tak vlasy se mi nechytly. Bylo mi receno, ze na to mam dozivotni zaruku a kdyz mi to zacalo vzadu ridnout a vypadavat vlasy (celkem dost), tak mi bylo receno ze ta zaruka plati prvnich 14 dnu, coz nevim na co by se mohla tech 14 dni vztahovat ci uplatnovat. Za zakrok jsem dal pred rokem 76500, nyni mi bylo nabidnuto za doplneni pres 60k. Suma sumarum…. Vysledek spatny

Podle fotografií, které jste mi poslal, se vlasy chytly. Rozdíl mezi stavem před a po roce od transplantace odpovídá 4.700 štěpům, které jste dostal. Pokud by se neuchytily, stalo by se tak hned po transplantaci. Vy jste se ozval po roce s tím, že vám nyní začínají vlasy padat. Pokud by byla transplantace neúspěšná, vlasy by vypadly brzy po transplantaci. Ve vašem případě se jedná o vypadávání vašich vlastních (NEtransplantovaných) vlasů z horní části hlavy a kolečka, které vypadávají dále kvůli dědičnému plešatění. Hned po transplantaci jsem vám také zasílal produkty, které máte používat pravidelně (šampon s blokátory DHT a růstové sérum), které právě brání v padání vlastních vlasů a zamezí tomu, co se stalo vám. Bohužel jste produkty nepoužíval pravidelně a proto vám netransplantované vlasy mohly vypadnout. Nicméně podle fotek, které jste mi zaslal, je vidět, že to máte husté přední části, kde jste vlasy neměl. Kdyby se štěpy neujaly, čelní linie by hustá nebyla. Proto, nemůžeme váš případ řešit jako reklamaci, ale rádi vyjdeme vstříc s cenou, pokud budete chtít nechat dohustit partie netransplantovaných vlasů, které vám prořídly.
