Salvino claims: 1) his product is natural, is permanent, and will last a life time. False. 2) his service comes with a 1-year free touch up guarantee but this guarantee is a marketing tactic Any attempt to book a touch up will be delayed & stonewalled. 3) "unlimited touch ups" are not unlimited. They actually expire in a year which he neglects to mention. So the more he ignores & delays scheduling you, the more likely he can push you over the expiration and attempt to charge you. 4) he charged me $3,100 to do my head, and made me pay cash. Meanwhile, this product is often sold for $1,500 by qualified techs 5) many of these 5 star reviews are fake and unverified. Font fall for it. ***DETAILS BELOW*** Salvino hooked me by strategically offering a free touch up guarantee. His assistant (who since left him) told me Salvino has to pay her for each touch up session, so he intentionally makes scheduling very difficult to save money, which explains why scheduling my 3rd touch up, was impossible. Some of his tactics are to ignore calls, texts and emails. when he does email you, he'll say "I've been trying to reach you for weeks. Check your spam." Then continues to come up with a variety of additional excuses and tactics to avoid scheduling. 5 months went by and I noticed my micro-pigmentation had all but completely faded! Gone. Nothing. When I notified Salvino, he strategically ignored my calls, texts and emails. Eventually he replied saying this is all my fault, slandered my character, and claimed I did not cut my hair short enough or follow protocol (when I have pictures I shaved my head). Couldn't get any shorter. Then he walked these claims back and his new excuse was that it was not his fault but instead the oils in my skin's fault. He still refused to book me for a touch up and said I have to pay full price again. Then after I proved him wrong via his own contract and emails, he eventually confessed the real issue: all his employees have left him and he has no one to do the work. My one year "free touch up" guarantee window has since closed. Salvino has failed to schedule me since October, and will not return my calls, emails, or texts. Salvino is in breach of his own contract, and as continuously lied and misled me in an effort to save money and avoid accountability for his shortcomings. DO NOT fall for the fake reviews. Go elsewhere.

I met Salvino 2 years ago when he approached me with information about SMP. I knew very little about the procedure at the time, but researched and decided that this would be something that I would try. I have had typical male pattern baldness since my mid 30's. I am now in my 60's and I decided last month that it was finally time to do something about this. When I met with Salvino for consultation, he expertly guided me through the process, patiently answering my questions and comprehensively explaining all details of the procedure, aftercare and follow-up. I got my eyebrows done here and I am very satisfied with the results as well as my experience at Hairline Time. During my consultation, I was very nervous at first but the owner Salvino was very professional and reassuring in explaining the process to me. I also was able to meet the technician Jae who was going to do my Microblading procedure and she was very helpful and made me feel comfortable too. I started loosing my hair a few years ago. I started searching for a solution. I heard about Scalp micro pigmentation and started doing my research. I called a few local companies here in LA for more information. After speaking with the owner of Hairline Time I felt comfortable moving forward in the process. After sending him a few pictures of my hair loss I got a quote a few minutes later. I decided to visit the location in Culver City. The facilities were really nice and private. Salvino and his staff were professional and they answered all my questions. I got my scalp micro pigmentation procedure done at Hairline Time and I'm so happy with the results.
