Joanne at Hairoots is amazing. My 10 year old daughter had several matted hair I'd been trying to get out for months. Finally got her to agree to get a specialty hair cut to get out the matting. A friend referred me to Joanne and I'm so glad she did. Joanne worked tirelessly for hours on my daughter's hair working to detangled as much as possible before cutting. Joanne really understood what we were going thru and how important it was to salvage as much of my daughter's hair as possible. She set aside her whole Saturday to work on my daughter's hair and stayed late to give her hair the attention it needed. We're so thankful for Joanna. Really appreciate all the time and care she gave us.

I have been coming now for 6 weeks. Joanne has been treating me for thinning hair. She has made me aware of the importance of a healthy life. All I can say is that Mrs. Joanne Perry Washington is a wonderful and caring hairdresser. I have known this beautiful woman since I was in my 20s I am now in my 50s. She always went above and beyond and still does to make me feel good about my hair and to be able to correct any problem as she possibly can if there was one which is very rare. She’s an expert at hair loss as well, besides an excellent hairdresser. I’ve always left her shop feeling beautiful. She is highly recommend it. But she’s so much more.
