I've been there and I paid for 12 treatments. I'm 56 and have been dealing with with this for a.long time so I was hopeful and excited for any help. Here's how it went: First of all, they don't allow you to use your cellphone during treatments, they say the magnets might wipe out your phone. They will also make you remove your jewelry including wedding band and rings anything metal they say it's due to the magnets. However on my 5th treatment I decided to try using my phone and not removing my jewelry and nothing happened. Also you are asked to slump over the chair like a frog so it reaches you better, this didn't help and was extremely uncomfortable. And results... Well I did 6 treatments and sadly it didn't work at all. I had high hopes but it did nothing at 100% power. The receptionist was very nice and she does her best, but I gave up and was done on the 6th treatment. (Remember I prepaid for 12 no refunds, I gave up.) It's uncomfortable - and humiliating. you're not allowed to wear even a panty liner while sitting there, so you have to bring a separate set of clothes to change before and after. I have pre paid for 6 more treatments but at least for now, I'm not going back. Oh and the video they show in Longwood facility is not this location. Instead you're in a hot back closet. But at least they put up a curtain on the French door w big window after my 2nd visit. I'm not ungrateful, I guess I just expected more for $1,200. Some kind of results, any results. I was so hopeful but was disappointed instead. Try if you will, I hope it works for you. No one should live with this problem.

Everyone at HCI is wonderful! I have been getting the red laser treatments and I already see a difference in my new hair growth. I’m very happy with the results!

Ordered a system and received a botched haircut when it arrived. Was not satisfied at all with the way they tried to put a Band-Aid on it to correct their mistake by sewing in an extension where the stitches were very noticeable in the front of my head! Not even an offered to replace the system due to their negligent mistake. In addition to that, my existing system I came in with was thrown in the garbage without being returned to me and was told they are not a storage facility. Would not recommend this facility to anyone looking to order a new system and make sure you take back any existing systems as they will throw them in the garbage without offering it back to you first. Very poor Customer Service and very bad business.

From the warm & welcoming greeting at the door to the excellent service thereafter, five stars. I went in to do a hair donation for WigsForKids, and these folks made my visit an absolute pleasure. Class act for sure.

Overpriced hair replacement gave me incorrect color and maintenance was too expensive. When I wanted to quit doing this the Hispanic woman found her black coworker to try to convince me to stick with it. 😠 They don’t even respond to negative reviews and try to rectify the customer issue with them or appease for the inconvenience. This shows you how much customer service means to them.
