I received the ultimate head spa service that was $186.00. Kayla did my treatment and did a very nice job. She was very friendly and talked to me about everything she was going to do and what would be best for my scalp. However, I will not be returning due to the price not matching to the service. I don't think $186.00 is a fair price for a service like this, especially when about 10-15 minutes of the service was the treatment pod massaging without any contact from the person doing the service. I would be happy to pay a price closer to $100-$115, but $186.00 is too much for the service provided.

We strive to be as transparent as possible about what’s included in our Ultimate Head Spa treatment and regret that this didn’t come through clearly prior your visit. We did review the timing of your session, and during the period when the treatment pod’s massagers were running, the microsteam portion of the service was also in effect—this is always an included and active part of the treatment at that stage. Our intention is to provide a seamless blend of technology and hands-on care for optimal scalp health and relaxation. We truly value your feedback and will continue to reflect on how we can better communicate the full scope and value of our services. While we're sorry to hear you won’t be returning, we appreciate your visit and your thoughtful input.

We were super excited about this head spa experience, however some plans changed and we had to cancel (4 days in advance to avoid cancellation fees). From the beginning, making this appointment was very irritating, on the website it says to call if you have two or more people in your party for simultaneous appointments, so I called. I must have woken up the receptionist because it took her a few minutes to articulate any response. After a few long winded moments, we found a day that worked but she told me to book online….. after I told her I couldn’t because of the amount of people she begrudgingly made the appointment. My travel plans changed and I had to drive back East to get home and cancelled the appointment. The phone system is terrible, I must have called 7-9 times and kept getting hung up on. Finally someone answered and I was put on hold for a bit. The receptionist canceled the appointment but said we’d be charged $25 regardless of canceling outside the 4 day window. “It’s policy” was her response. They charged $50 instead! You guys must be hurting for money if you have to charge everyone for canceling, good luck running your business platform this way, it’s cheap and incredibly disingenuous to any future business.
