Every step of the process was smooth, professional, and well-organized — from the airport pick-up to the hotel check-in, and of course, the procedure itself. My overall experience was good. Let’s start with the pros. I loved my coordinator Robin. She was so helpful. Hilal was very sweet and her style is beautiful. Izmet the interpreter I had for most of the surgery day is such a sweetheart. Hannah, Jennie and Rain were great (Rain was understanding and helpful after my issue with the doctor’s assistant. Rain has the most amazing nails (I had to take an inspiration picture). Dr Ozlem is nice and I think she did a good job (there was some miscommunication, but for the most part she was good. We will see how the healing process and hair growth goes). I didn’t get to see the doctor the next day when I went in for my wash which was a bit disappointing, but everything looks fine at this time. Also the doctor creates the channels (the channels is the incision made with surgical scissors after numbing); that’s if you go with the gold package. There were 2 doctor’s assistants that remove the grafts and do the transplantation. Only person I did not like or care for was the female doctor’s assistant (the male assistant was nice). I felt she was rude for no reason and didn’t take into consideration my requests such and wearing gloves before patient care. I think the coordinator and translators do try to fix issues when they arise. Do yourself a Favour and get the sedation (it does wear off after a while but the pain is till more bearable than if you didn’t get it. Sleeping is uncomfortable because you have to sleep in an upright position and this is for atleast 10 days. Pain on day after surgery was bearable for me (about 3/10 pain. You get 4 pain killer tablets). Wash day wasn’t as bad as I thought. Just some slight stinging. Also note 6 month hair care supply is $350 (had to use the ATM because I didn’t know about the package and the atm charges are expensive). I also brought some eye drops that apparently helps with hair growth which was an extra cost I wasn’t made aware of. The only reason I’m giving four star is because of the assistant. I just don’t understand why she was so rude for no reason. Everyone else was really sweet and I recommend this facility. Updates:had to change my review from 4 to 2 states because my results are terrible and I followed the plans. I still have patches without hair and I have been telling them this. I’m upset about it and it’s taking a toll on my confidence

First class establishment. Immaculate vibe. Sam (representative) was my go-to from the moment I initially sent an enquiry up until the day I had my transplant and was present every step of the way, answering any question or query that came to mind along the way. The procedure was carried out in an exemplary fashion, taking into account one's individual preferences, by a seasoned surgeon and team of expert technicians that made the entire experience seamless and smooth. Lara and Amy were the consummate professionals and provided post-op care instructions for both the short and long term with coherence, transparency and warmth. On the whole, HEVA clinic is the hair transplant centre go-to for Afro-textured hair. Would be well worth the trip and comes highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
