Desde el primer momento, la atención fue impecable. Sandra, mi asesora, resolvió todas mis dudas con cercanía y profesionalismo, lo que me dio una tranquilidad enorme desde el inicio del proceso. Dra. Galaviz, 11/01/2024 era mí segunda cirugia y según ellos la definitiva tras una mala experiencia con ellos en la clinica mc360 en Marzo 2021 cuando aún era regentada por el actual equipo de Hospital Capilar. Tras esa mala expeciencia( primera cirugia en mc360 sin Doctora ya que se día no habia ido a trabajar) donde me realizaron la zona frontal......Tres años mas tarde al ver que en la zona media tenia menos densidad ya que era la zona sin injertar....decido volver a ellos esta vez en Hospital Capilar entendiendo que pude tener mala suerte la primera vez. Pido cita para evaluación y tras contarles lo que me habia pasado en mc360 el asesor me dice que eso no se va a repetir aquí en Hosp Capilar y empezamos de nuevo a estudiar posibilidades para hacer la segunda cirugia y definitiva solo en la zona media y si el médico lo estima algo en coronilla. Me comentan y hablo con un Doctor que me dice q si, q en la zona frontal estoy bien por la primera cirugia y que esto con poco mas mo dejjamos perfecto. Entonces agendamos el 11 de enero para hace esta segunda cirugia en esa zona concreta y con este doctor que ese día trabaja. Y una vez ya todo cerrado y sin ningún obstáculo......es donde comienza de nuevo tras haber pagado la historia a repetirse. En esta y la anterior clinica te atiende , te da precio y agenda cita "los comerciales" tras visto bueno del médico......y tras concretar fecha y hacer los pagos ya te mandan instrucciones,analitica,reserva de hotel,etc. El mayor problema que le veo por estas dos experiencias es que el día de la cirugia vas allí y "juegas a la loteria" con el Doctor o Doctora que te asignan y ya dependes de él o ella sin haber hablado con ella ni haberte visto antes y va todo "sobre la marcha"....imagino que es raro que os pase como a mí la primera vez que la Doctora Chacón no va a trabajar(12/03/2021) y os dejen sin Doctora.... A mí en esta ocasión la suerte me asigna la Doctora Galaviz a la cual nunca habia visto( yo tenia acordado y hablado con él con otro doctor) y ese día a las 7:30h le explico mi caso, que es una segunda curugia y que me interesa esa zona concreta que la frontal ya de la primera estoy bien.... Y ahí me meto a la cirugia de 8:30 a 13:30h pensando que esta es la definitiva aunque no me hubiese tocado lo acordado..... Mí sorpresa llega al terminar y ver que me habian vuelto a injertar la zona frontal y veo que casi nada en la zona media... Lo comento a cada doctor diferente que toca en las revisiones...y ellos me dan completamente la razón sin entender como han vuelto a errar con el diseño y planificación de la cirugia con lo sencillo q tenia q ser esta segunda vez..... Esperamos a los 18 meses que han pasado hace nada para la última revisión ante lo cual el Doctor vuelve a decirme que no entiende en enfoque de esta segunda cirugia por parte de la doctora...y que va a comentar en recepción para que me regalen sesiones de dutasterida inyectado en esa zona a ver si la "despertamos" hace 15 dias de esto y no he tenido noticias, es una pena porque me he dejado tropezar dos veces en la misma piedra....y esta vez no quiero volver a pasar por cirugia para no dañar zona donante. Mucha suerte en la loteria que es esto..... Deberian agendarte con el médico con el que acuerdas que vas a hacer la cirugia y ya que él te realice el diseño y ya sepas que te vas a encontrar. Amabilidad de 10 por parte de todos....pero un desastre el tema de la loteria el dia D.... Añadir que a la Doctora Galaviz solo la he visto el día de la operación y al día siguiente...

After setting a date and making payments, they send you instructions, blood tests, hotel reservations, etc. The biggest problem I see from these two experiences is that on the day of surgery, you go there and "play the lottery" with the doctor assigned to you. You're already dependent on him or her without having spoken to him or her or seen him or her beforehand, and everything happens "on the fly." I imagine it's strange that what happened to you is what happened to me the first time Dr. Chacón wasn't working (March 12, 2021) and they left you without a doctor. I mentioned this to every different doctor I saw for check-ups... and they completely agreed with me, without understanding how they had made a mistake again with the design and planning of the surgery, considering how simple it had to be this second time... We waited until 18 months ago for the last check-up, after which the doctor again told me that he didn't understand the doctor's approach to this second surgery... and that he was going to discuss it at reception so they could give me free sessions of dutasteride injected into that area to see if we could "wake it up." This happened 15 days ago, and I haven't heard anything. It's a shame because I've let myself stumble twice over the same stone... and this time I don't want to go through surgery again so as not to damage the donor area. Good luck in the lottery that this is... You should schedule an appointment with the doctor you've agreed to have the surgery with, and then have him design your appointment, so you know what to expect. A 10/10 from everyone... but the lottery on D-day was a disaster... I should add that I only saw Dr. Galaviz on the day of the operation and the next day...

Me decidí a hacerlo con ellos después de mirar bastantes opciones, gracias a una recomendación y es lo mejor que he podido hacer. Fui hace un año a hacer la primera valoración(gratuita) y decidí empezar un tratamiento con ellos y medio año despues, viendo los resultados obtenidos (no me lo podía creer) decidí operarme. Hace un mes de la operación y de momento estoy encantado. La doctora y el equipo médico son increíbles, muy cercanos y la operación parece más de lo que por lo menos yo pensaba y tienes siempre un asistente para las dudas que te vayan surgiendo que responde rapidísimo( gracias Alejandra). Sabiendo lo que se ahora...no lo dudaría ni un segundo. Ahora a esperar el resultado final.

No recomiendo para nada la clínica hospital capilar me hice un injerto hace un par de años y no me lo hicieron bien me dijeron que me harían un retoque para arreglarlo y ya con el retoque confirmado me dijeron que no me lo harían unos sinvergüenzas que juegan con la ilusión y con los complejos de las personas una vez cojen el dinero ya después no les importas

Experiencia más que recomendable. La verdad que tenía un poquito de miedo al no saber nada de lo que me iban hacer. Están siempre pendientes a ti, cualquier duda, pregunta, inquietud...ahí están para resorvertela y cuidar cada detalle. No dejan que te duela en ningún momento, es genial. Volvería a repetir el proceso una y mil veces más!!
