Fiz transplante capilar na ICB e foi maravilhoso! Foi um investimento que me fez melhorar muito minha auto-estima. O atendimento da Médica Dra Letícia foi sensacional. O valor é um pouco alto devido a quantidade de profissionais de saúde no momento do implante. (Comigo foram 6). Eles são extremamente profissionais. Me sinto muito muito satisfeito mesmo O resultado final são 12 meses mas em 6 meses eu já percebia melhora absurda, como nas fotos

Tbm tive um péssima experiência com ICB, minha maior preocupação era coroa, ficaram um ano enrolando dizendo que iria crescer e tal, gente aceita, pq realmente pede esse tempo, mais.ja se passaram quase 2 anos e nada. A coroa continua muito rala. Questionei a empresa após um ano e.me disserem que teria fazer a segunda cirurgia. Conclusão se nem primeira ficou bom que me garantiram que ficaria ótimo, imagina segunda ? Já que área doadora já foi parcialmente comprometida. Então pesquisem mais, pq como já relatado aqui, a primeira consulta prometem mundos é fundos, mais após a cirurgia começa os problemas e resultados mesmo não aparecem. Dinheiro jogado fora. 😞 frustrado. Pior que não tenho mais pra uma segunda cirurgia, em outra clínica e claro.

Péssima experiência nessa clínica. Há 3 anos fiz um transplante relativamente "pequeno" e os resultados são bizarros. Sequer tive uma assistência decente após a cirurgia...

Como li no comentário do rapaz que descreveu aqui, a recepção é um descaso total com o paciente. Antes de fechar o serviço te tratam de uma forma e depois da cirurgia te tratam totalmente diferente. Falta de comprometimento com paciente!

Valdirene sinto muito pelo serviço que descreve que realmente não é o padrão icb. Consegue me informar o dia e hora que foi para a clínica? Pois não conseguimos identificar nenhum agendamento com seu nome... para assim falar com as pessoas que estavam no dia e entender o que ocorreu tomando as ações adequadas.

Não indico para ninguém; antes de fazer o transplante te tratam de um jeito depois de feito é um descaso total, marquei retorno ok , mas um dia antes do retorno me mandaram msgm para agendar o retorno que já estava agendado, aí falei que já estava agendado manteve a data do retorno, aí sai da minha cidade gastei combustível, pedágios fui até a clínica, fiquei 1e 20 minutos esperando pra recepcionista me falar que a Dra. Leticia Ambrosano não ia atender pq não estava bem! Falta de compromisso e comunicação pq não ligou avisando sai de outra cidade gastei dinheiro atoa para ir até essa consulta retorno, e fazerem essa palhaçada tdo bem que a Dra não estava bem ok ! Porém teriam Que avisar antes não depois de eu gastar dinheiro parei a minha empresa por meio período pra ir até lá, e me falarem que não vai haver atendimento descaso total e falta de compromisso e comunicação Só pra constar já é o segundo transplante que eu fiz pq o primeiro não ficou como em quis, e este recente não está dando resultado precisava mto deste retorno! Agora então não indico ICB nem pra cachorro! Pq nem animal merece esse descaso! Dra Letícia uma médica mto bacana mas recepção um descaso total! Agora estarei indo na Smart Hair Clínic Clínica especializada em transplante capilar método Thiago Bianco Se procuram por transplante capilar Pesquisam no Instagram @Thiagobiancoleal Este sim tem compromisso desde o início ao fim Liguei na clínica e já agendei minha avaliação totalmente diferente a recepção detalhe dias antes ele me deu todo suporte msm não sendo ele que realizou a minha cirugia compromisso e amor noque faz é Tdo! Quanto a ICB peço desculpas a Dra Letícia Ambrosano uma excelente profissional Mas a empresa não tem compromisso recepção destreinada!

Olá Luiz, sentimos muito pelo ocorrido. Infelizmente neste dia tivemos um imprevisto de saúde com a Dra, de última hora, e não conseguimos comunicar de antemão e te atender. Conforme já conversado no dia mesmo tentamos minimizar o máximo o transtorno e continuamos á disposição para o que precisar.
