I had a hair transplant procedure at this clinic about a year ago, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a deeply disappointing experience. From the start, it became clear that the clinic serves merely as a front for other low-rated hospitals. The doctors who were supposed to carry out the transplant were not present at all, and the entire procedure was conducted by nurses. Shockingly, the doctor was on phone calls during the surgery, which raised serious concerns about professionalism and patient safety. The translator assigned to assist me was entirely unprofessional. Rather than translating my concerns accurately to the medical staff, he often gave his own opinions and filtered communication in both directions. This led to miscommunication and made an already stressful situation worse. Most critically, I had explicitly communicated to the initial doctor that my priority was the crown (top) of my head, not the front. However, after the extraction phase, another doctor—without any consultation—redrew the hairline to focus on the front, ignoring my instructions. The crown of my head, which was nearly bald, still shows no improvement a full year after the surgery. The result has been deeply unsatisfactory. I strongly advise others to do their research and not be misled by attractive offers, promises of translation support, or misleading online reviews. This clinic is not what it appears to be. Overall great experience. Professional staff with competitive price. They even checked on me after my arrival back home. The only reasons I am giving their service a 4 star is because: - Hotel was not / did not feel like a 5 star one. Our room was hot all week and hotel staff did not the cooling system. Location was not best too. Breakfast was excellent though. - We were actually not taken to Istanbul Beauty Center but to a clinic that I cant remember the name now. We were told Istanbul Beauty Center was a branch of it.

Vor ein paar Wochen habe ich in dieser Klinik eine Haartransplantation durchführen lassen und bin mit dem Ergebnis äußerst zufrieden. Die Ärzte und das Personal waren sehr professionell und freundlich und haben mich durch jeden Schritt des Prozesses begleitet. Die Klinik war sauber, gut ausgestattet und alles wurde mit großer Sorgfalt und Fachkompetenz durchgeführt. Außerdem war der Transportservice hervorragend, was den gesamten Ablauf noch angenehmer machte. Die Menschen dort waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Klinik jedem empfehlen, der eine Haartransplantation in Erwägung zieht!
