The journey to grow hair is long… I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor and staff that the one at Dr. Epstein’s practice. I have been with them for close to 2 yrs. They walked me through the entire process and in my opinion the results are really good. I had the FUE hair transplant procedure 11 months ago. It was a rewarding experience. The staff that worked on me was pro and friendly. Made me feel at ease and relaxed. They explained the entire recovery process well. I am delighted with the outcome and I highly recommend Dr. Epstein’s practice and his knowledge on how to treat women’s alopecia. Kudos❣️

Dr. Epstein changed my life! I had a two-step revision hair transplant with Dr. Jeffrey Epstein in December 2024, and my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. I am incredibly grateful to him for his skill, dedication, and care. During the first procedure, he carefully removed the grafts that had not been properly implanted from a previous, poorly executed hair transplant I had abroad. Then, he expertly regrafted new ones, creating a far more natural look. The entire team was kind, professional, and incredibly reassuring. During the procedures, Carelia, Mercy, and Carmen checked in on me multiple times, ensuring I was comfortable and at ease. They even curated soothing music to help me stay relaxed throughout the surgery and made sure I was never in pain. In the days following my surgeries, the nurses provided exceptional post-operative care. They washed my scalp multiple times, ensured every graft was secure, and checked on me daily to support a smooth healing process. A special thank you to Cindy and Steffany for their incredible care and attention. At the front desk, Dania and Gisel were always cheerful and welcoming, making every visit to the clinic a pleasant experience. Their warmth often helped me forget I was undergoing corrective surgeries, which made a world of difference. Of course, my deepest gratitude goes to Dr. Epstein. He has been patient, thorough, and incredibly supportive, answering all my questions and staying in touch with me throughout the healing process. His bedside manner is truly exceptional, and I feel honored that he took on my case to fix what had been my biggest insecurity for years. I’m still healing, but I can already appreciate the precision of his work. I will update this review as my results continue to develop, but based on my experience so far, I highly recommend Dr. Epstein for anyone considering a hair transplant or revision procedure.

Extremely happy with the outcome of the whole service/procedure: the high quality no shave hair transplant itself, very skillfully executed by Dr Epstein -and his team-, as well as the follow up SMP -patiently performed by José Armas- which added a nice density overall. The realistic advice initially provided by Dr Epstein, the execution of both procedures and the overall service by everybody were first class. I couldn’t be happier about my new hair look; my self-esteem has soared as I look younger. I highly recommend them.

I had the best experience with Dr Epstein! The doctor and his whole staff are absolutely incredible and I am so thankful I put my trust in him with my eyebrows! Till this very day I still brag about his sketches! The way he drew the outlining for the ultimate shape before the procedure was pretty impressive! Very happy!! His work speaks volumes! A lot of hair but couldn’t be happier with the results! Microblading and brow lamination is a waste of money! If you want real permanent eyebrows save your money and invest in an eyebrow transplant! Thank me later :)
