I called yesterday, and a very nice receptionist named Lynn was able to fit me in the same day. I needed serious color correction; I went in with very orange roots and light blonde hair with a lot of lavender. Melony took her time, making sure she would not damage my hair, using a few different colors to create the perfect blonde color I had described. Melony will be my hairdresser moving forward. Years ago, Keith's team did my extensions, and they were always done perfectly. Also, friends who have lost hair or like different looks have been able to find perfect wigs with a large selection to choose from. I highly encourage people to see everything Keith's Hair Center has to offer.

I scheduled an appt to purchase a real hair topper. I was coming from out of town & due to weather had to reschedule. I left numerous messages to reschedule for a couple weeks from now when I'd be back in GB. After 4 days of no return message I gave it one more try. I sent a message via their website. Someone responded quickly. Since they were closed at that time I was told someone would contact me the next day. It's been 2 days & I've heard from no one. I know these real hair Toppers are expensive & was willing to pay $400-$600 based on what I'd seen online. My hair never came back great on the top since chemo a few years ago. The lack of customer service just in trying to make an appointment tells me everything I need to know about this business. I will not be going here if they ever decide to return my messages!! It must be nice to have a business where you don't need customers willing to spend $100s of dollars. Update: They finally contacted me after seeing the review!! I will not purchase anything from them. Looking at other reviews, I'm not the only one complaining about poor communication.

Unfortunately, a family member experienced hair loss and began going to Keith Salon for 4years. The stylist are great my problem is with the pricing for a simple top wig. That is tapped or glued on. They kept increasing the price everytime she would visit. We were paying monthly over $350. We felt taken advantage of. I respect the profession and the work but to continually increase your price is heartless. We found a better salon that isnt just money hungry. We get more hair and better service for $150. The hair piece its self is literally $50. How your were charging $350 for 30min of work is ridiculous.
Sorry to hear about your family member. Unfortunately the supply of high quality human hair increased during the period of covid. As a business trying to survive we have to increase as our price increases. Hopefully our supplier can catch up with inventory and prices will stabilize.
