KSL clinic provided me with a really positive experience from the initial interaction right through to aftercare. Sam was informative and honest and set up a video call with Dr Nishal who provided further advice about my suitability. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. On the day of the procedure I was well looked after by Dr Nishal and a team of nurses who went above and beyond for me all day (they even post-poned their lift after work to ensure my treatment was completed to standard). I really felt like the team cared about getting me the best results from my day in surgery. I couldn't have asked for more. After my day at the clinic I sent Sam a message to thank him and was asked to include it with my review so I've copied it below: "Hi Sam, just wanted to check in and show my appreciation for the time and support you offered in the run up to my procedure. You were friendly, informative and upfront and filled me with confidence ahead of the procedure. I'd been talking to other clinics but it was what were were doing that made KSL the obvious choice and I dont regret that. Thanks again mate. All the very best. Callum"

I couldn’t recommend the KSL Clinic enough. The whole experience from start to finish was very informative from my initial consultation to the actual procedure, every time I made contact with KSL during the healing stage I always received a response with reassurance. On the day of the procedure I was feeling quite nervous but the staff made me feel at ease and talked me through the whole process so I knew what was going happen and when. After the procedure I was given an aftercare package to take home which contained a step by step itinerary on the healing process and what to do on what day. I found this very useful and everything that I needed for this process was given to me. I have since had one round of PRP treatment to help the regrowth and am booked in for another one tomorrow. I had my procedure in December 2024 and we are now 6 months down the road and I’m so pleased with the results. I look back on old photos and am shocked by the results of the hair transplant and wish I had done it sooner.
