Velice pěkné prostředí, kde se člověk cítí opravdu komfortně. Oceňuji empatický přístup personálu, který vše vysvětlí a při samotném zákroku popisuje co se bude aktuálně dít. Investice do zdraví je investice do budoucnosti. A tady za to ta investice stojí.

Objednal jsem se přes objednávkový formulář kliniky, kde byla napsaná cena za vyšetření 2000Kč, ale po vyšetření požadovali 3000Kč. Paní majitelka byla arogantní i přestože jsem ji ukázal cenu v rezervaci 2000Kč.
Translated: I ordered through the clinic's order form, where the price for the examination was 2000 CZK, but after the examination they demanded 3000 CZK. The owner was arrogant even though I showed her the price in the reservation of 2000 CZK.

Ceny odpovídaji konkurenčnim soukromým klinikám.A ač se zdají dost vysoké, investice do zdraví, je myslím si, to nejlepší, co pro sebe a rodinu může člověk udělat. Pozitivní je, že není třeba čekat na termín např. i více než půl roku, jako u jiných lékařů( konkrétně dermatologie).Online možnost objednání je fajn.Pokud se pak jedná o další návštěvy, tak se paní recepční Lenka snaží vyjít vstříc a termín najít, tak, aby by vyhovoval všem.Je opravdu člověk na svém místě. Svým lidským přistupem si veškerý personál získal sympatie nejen mé, ale i mých dcer. Velká pochvala patří paní psycholožce Synkové za její úžasný přístup k dětem a také panu doktorovi Felicimu, což je mladý, sympatický, šikovný doktor s velmi osobitým smyslem pro humor ;).Toto je velké plus pro celkové uvolnění atmosféry a příjemné klima v ordinaci. LM Clinic mohu jen doporučit.

The positive thing is that there is no need to wait for an appointment, for example, for more than half a year, like with other doctors (specifically dermatology). The online ordering option is great. If it comes to further visits, the receptionist Lenka tries to accommodate and find an appointment that suits everyone. She is truly a person in her place. With her human approach, all the staff has won the sympathy of not only me, but also my daughters. Great praise goes to psychologist Synková for her wonderful approach to children and also to Dr. Felici, who is a young, likeable, skilled doctor with a very unique sense of humor ;). This is a big plus for the overall relaxed atmosphere and pleasant climate in the office. I can only recommend LM Clinic.

Pokud máte tučné konto a drahé luxusní oblečení , dostanete i kávu...já bohužel jako obyčejný člověk v obyčejném oblečení byla přehlížena, tudíž jsem si vyseděla čekací dobu v čekárně bez jakéhokoliv zájmu. Služba pana doktora nebyla k užitku, takže už bych tuto kliniku nikdy nenavštívila.
Translated: If you have a big bank account and expensive luxury clothes, you will also get coffee...unfortunately, as an ordinary person in ordinary clothes, I was ignored, so I sat out the waiting time in the waiting room without any interest. The doctor's service was useless, so I would never visit this clinic again.

Hezká moderní čistá klinika. Příjemný personál. Paní doktorka Illmann byla moc milá. Někdo může namítat, že je to trošku dražší, ale kvalitní služby holt něco stojí. Termín objednání do dvou dnů - po 2h hledání jsem po Praze nenašel lepší alternativu.
Translated: Nice modern clean clinic. Friendly staff. Dr. Illmann was very nice. Some may argue that it is a bit more expensive, but quality services are worth something. Appointment deadline within two days - after 2 hours of searching around Prague, I could not find a better alternative.

Navštívila jsem tuto kliniku a jediné co mohu říct je jedno velké Díky a wau!!! Zdravotní sestřička i paní doktorka byly naprosté skvělé, opravdu tak příjemný a hlavně lidský přístup jsem dlouho nikde nezažila. Mohu všem doporučit a rozhodně nebudete litovat. Znovu vám děkuji a příště už jedině k vám!
